Welcome to House 5 - Welcome to the architecturally unique 4 ½-room corner house. The three-story house with many glass fronts and Swiss stone pine wood enchants with its clever architecture and refined details.



The house is located directly on the stream, with a magnificent view of the Clozza and the Lower Engadine Dolomites from the balcony. In the cozy, modern, and very practical house, you can fully enjoy your vacation. The built-in wooden furniture radiates warmth and exudes the typical stone pine scent of the region. The open kitchen in the living room is located on the top floor and is flooded with light all day long through the large window fronts. The kitchen is excellently equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Depending on the season, the dining table in the living room or the spacious balcony is perfect for enjoying the cooked delicacies together. Two of the three bedrooms, located on the 1st floor, are equipped with cabin beds 2x 90×200, and the bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed 180 x 200. Two bathrooms allow everyone to start the day leisurely. Both have a shower and toilet. The holiday home also includes a underground garage parking space. Shopping is possible at the nearby Denner or the shops on the main street Stradun, which can be reached in about 10 minutes walking from the holiday home. The house is also located a short distance from the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars in just a few minutes. The Bogn Engiadina is also within a few minutes' walk.



Vacation in Scuol means relaxation in an Engadine location, surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, near the Swiss National Park, close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, the cross-country ski trail and near the ski and local bus stop for trips to the cable car valley station or the train station.
