Positives: Large free car park Massive rooms with separate living area Kitchen with all amenities, all crockery you could need Plenty of coffee, hot chocolate, tea bags Mirror in bathroom with led lights for applying make up Comfy bed, absolutely massive Mostly clean Negatives: Shower was freezing cold Area was sketchy af Wondered at times if this was some kind of half house, with the clientele Screaming and shouting between a couple on the corridor at 8am Overall, we needed somewhere to stay while we went to Humberfest at Winterton Showground. This did the job. £20 taxi ride to the Showground. Kettle and fridge. Comfy bed. Free parking. What more could we want for £100? There wasn't much to choose from tbh close to the Showground. Probably wouldn't stay here as a lone woman though.

The hotel is good in concept, but let down by maintenance and provision of kitchen items. We had 2 rooms with kitchen with 2 people per room. 1 room had only 1 set of dishes and cutlery. Neither kitchen sink had a plug. No dishcloth or brush for washing dishes. Hotel provided tea bags, coffee, milk but no sugar. Body wash dispensers in shower were not refilled. Bathroom light in 102 had faulty motion sensor. One room had no bath towels provided. Bathroom door in 102 would not close. Decent, comfortable bed.

Power kept switching on and off itself, kitchen and fridge doors need adjusting as struggle to close properly, needs a good clean and rooms are tired. Parking out front okay.

Looks nothing like the pictures, very run down and unclean. The carpet on the stairs was absolutely rotten, that was a clue as to what was to come… The shower temperature was all over the place, room needed painting and all in all was generally unclean. Overpriced, never again will I say in this location. The only upside was the staff were genuinely very nice and helpful, I didn’t have the heart to complain to them as you can see they are trying to make the best of a bad situation.

After paying over £150, I expected a nice experience. Our double bed was two beds pushed together. Kitchen in room was not cleaned. No hand wash in bathroom.

Was supposed to be here for 2 nights, first night first room, TV not working, Wifi not working and no hot water! Moved me to a new room turned out to have the same issues. When I reached the hotel for the second night I was told. there is still no hot water so left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. The room was booked in advance and have contacted the hotel via Expedia twice to try and get a refund for at least the second night and not heard from them at all.

Although the bed and shower were fresh and clean, the rest of the hotel was either dirty or broken. toilet seat wasnt properly attached. TV remote repaired with duct tape. Homeless people congregating outside the property.

Not very clean at all Cobwebs all in the bedroom and under the sofa, it looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Mattress was dirty as well. Would not pay £141 for this hotel, very overpriced for the state of the rooms

The hotel looks good on the website, however it needs a refresh. My room has only a vertical blind no curtains, no air conditioning & is very warm. The window overlooks an alley which has not been cleaned in a while beyond the alleyway is a carpark for a local business. I have to say how disappointed i am as it looks much better on the website.

Recently refurbed. Not well maintained.

Room I had booked had broken blinds on the ground floor. Room was recently refurbished but not well maintained. Raised this to reception area and they moved me to a smaller room but did not refund the price difference. I did arrive late (after 10pm) so staff coverage was probably low.
