The hotel boasts an excellent location and impressive facilities, with well-maintained grounds that enhance the overall experience. However, the staff performance was average, if not slightly below expectations. During checkout, I informed the front desk about a broken in-room coffee machine, which I had discovered that morning. The staff member’s response—asking if I had reported it earlier—felt dismissive and unhelpful. New York I guess. Overall, while the property shines, the staff could improve in responsiveness and guest interaction.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s been the third time we stay in this hotel and every time we come back, we get a nicer experience. The rooms are great and spacious and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I hope o can stay there again very soon! Thank you for everything.
