"It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well."

"The A frame is simply and beautifully built with clear plexiglass roofing, a conventional door w/ windows and another window above the bed's headboard. Lots of Light and very clean, The bed is really comfortable. A small dresser inside keeps kitchen items ( coffee mugs, plates, silverware etc ) out of the elements. "We loved this property. It is far enough from town to feel secluded but close enough to visit Acadia, Bar Harbor, and other local attractions. Great location and the tent was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Lee and Peg were excellent hosts as well."

"What a beautiful place. Absolutely amazing getaway spot. Clean, quiet, gorgeous views! Neighbors were great. What a nice area. We had to shorten our stay unfortunately due to a hurricane, but the owners were so nice and generous. Highly recommend this gem! "

"We felt very comfortable in this sweet little cottage in the woods. It’s only a short distance off Hwy 1, but far enough for no traffic noise. The location makes it easy to travel to any of the beautiful peninsulas. The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and we felt like we found a treasure renting here. "My Family had a wonderful week staying @ this home on our vacation this summer. It was so easy for check in and check out process. The house was clean and has a wonderful lawn for spreading out and game time. We loved the trail to the lake, and we had Kayaks to use, and the Pond is just breath taking. Very private. Our family would stay @ this property again. I would recommend this for any family."

"Extremely clean cottage located near a few serene parks and a 40 min drive into the heart of Bar Harbor. Beds were a bit soft for our liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Few suggestions on things we missed: a vacuum or hand vacuum (with the hikes & and surrounding area shoes get dirty quickly) some spices and olive oil for cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."

"We loved everything about this rental. It is private, immaculately clean, and horses! It was so quiet and relaxing to watch the sunrise with coffee out on the deck and horses grazing in the paddocks. This home is perfectly situated to be close to Bar Harbor, Acadia Park, Schoodic Point (even better) and yet distant from crowds and heavy traffic. Driving past the Wyman Blueberry fields was amazing! The host was so helpful and we were so grateful for the Schoodic Point recommendation!"

"I loved how quiet and isolated this property was! You could hear a pin drop when standing outside. There weren't even any birds to wake you in the morning. The wife and I stayed there for our anniversary week and enjoyed every minute of it. Week cooked in the nice little kitchen and grilled outside once. "The cabin was nice and in a beautiful location. Not a far drive to all the attractions. Our only complaint would be the heating system. When it kicked on it made a very high pitched sound that would continue while it ran. It woke us up almost every night due to its proximity to the bedroom.
