"Stay was okay. But we had to wait 30 min at the front desk for staff to arrive. When they arrived they did not even care and were rude. The receptionist said the cleaning staff hasn’t done her job and she had to make up for it. But she was saying it extremely annoyed and not saying sorry at all, after I was saying I already waited for 30 minutes."

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"Es wäre toll, wenn man die Tür von innen abschließen könnte. Ein physisches Schloss wäre besser. Und eine Buchungsnummer in Zahlen wäre viel besser als in Buchstaben, denn in heiklen Situationen lassen sich Zahlen viel leichter aussprechen. Aber insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Ich war schon in den meisten Hotels dieser Stadt und kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass dieses Hotel besser ist als 90 % der anderen."
