The hotel does not have air conditioning, staff informed me that the temperature is centrally controlled. The sun was shining directly into my room for most of the day, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable.
As for the parking, I was told that all parking spaces had already been reserved, despite parking being listed as available when I made my reservation.
The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was simply impossible to stay inside comfortably because of the heat.
