  • The sunny and bright apartment in the Wikingturm is located directly on the Schlei - more precisely: IN the Schlei, because with its 26 floors, the tower is located on a small "island" at the widest part of the Baltic Sea fjord. You walk over a small bridge and have the feeling of "coming on board". Your sightseeing tour begins here with a fantastic view over the Schlei towards the city. When the sea is calm, the facades of the old houses and the cathedral are reflected on the water, waves ripple, seagulls screech and sailing boats make their rounds there. Take a deep breath - you have arrived!
    The elevator takes you quickly and comfortably to the 13th Floor to your apartment. Come in!
    The friendly and bright 62 sqm apartment is oriented to the south-west and offers you a varied view of what is going on in the marina directly at the tower, the Friedrichsberg district and along the banks of the Schlei with a view of the old Viking town of Haithabu.
    Enjoy your vacation with a permanent view through the panoramic windows or from the balcony. Watch the exciting happenings down in the marina - the scenery changes constantly over the year. The living-dining room with its cozy seating area invites you to relax, chat or watch TV. In the dining area, family and friends come together at the large wooden table and another guest can be seated in the guest bunk with the right bed. The built-in cupboards offer you plenty of storage space for your luggage. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove-oven-microwave combination, coffee machine and kettle leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom has a double bed with a back-friendly mattress, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and an extra TV. Bed linen and towels are of course ready for you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet and also has a washer-dryer. Other extras: Internet access and parking card for the garage.

Erholsame Auszeit

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Der Kontakt war schnell und unkompliziert und der Empfang vor Ort war sehr nett Die Ferienwohnung wurde renoviert, daher gibt es ein modernes Badezimmer und eine neue Einbauküche, die auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen sind. Gerne mal die Fotos aktualisieren. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Super Lage und Ausstattung. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn noch ein Radio vorhanden gewesen wäre. Sonst topp.

Eine sehr sauberes Apartment mit einer fantastischen Aussicht am Tag wie auch am Abend.

Ein Apartment mit top Ausstattung in Kűche wie auch Wohnbereich. Parkplatz in Garage mit Zugangs Karte. Wiking Tower kein öffentlichentlicher Zugang.

Für mich persönlich ein perfektes Highlight

Der Turm ist etwas besonderes, der hat Geschichte und auch deshalb habe ich mich für das Gebäude entschieden und wurde sehr angenehm überrascht! Meine Wohnung im 13ten Stock war perfekt stilvoll, ordentlich und sauber eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist der reine wahnsinn.Der Flur ist sauber, mann kann in jeder Ecke schauen, alles Tadellos ! Die Technik ist auf dem neuesten Stand, so einen schnellen Fahrstuhl habe ich noch nie gesehen! Nach meiner Ankunft reichte ein kurzer Anruf bei Frau K. Ca 10 Minuten später hatte ich den Schlüssel für Wohnung und Tiefgarage obwohl ich 90 Minuten zu früh am Turm war ! Ich war leider nur drei Tage dort und würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke an das komplette Team das hinter diesem einzigartigem Gebäude die Strippen zieht.

Tolle ruhige Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Wir haben 3 tolle Tage in Schleswig verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war besser als Fernsehen. Die Schlüssel -Übergabe hat super geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sie weiterempfehlen

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Aussicht

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden nett empfangen und konnten am Abreisetag bis 12.00 Uhr bleiben. Es wäre besser, wenn der DVD Player sich im Wohnzimmer befände, weil dann alle Familienmitglieder Filme ansehen könnten. Außderdem fehlte uns eine Musikanlage. Da wir regnerisches und stürmisches Wetter hatten, haben wir Wolldecken vermisst. Fleecedecken kann man gut waschen und kostengünstig erwerben. Ein Besuch im Restaurant im 26. Stock lohnt sich.

Beinahe perfekte Ferienwohnung mit prima Aussicht

Für 14 Tage hatten mein Mann und ich uns in dieser sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung eingemietet. Eine tolle Überraschung waren die Getränke und eine erste Verpflegung bei unserer Ankunft. Auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gemangelt, die Wohnung ist beinahe perfekt ausgestattet, angefangen von der Küchenausstattung bis hin zu den Ferngläsern mit welchen man die ohnehin prima Aussicht noch mehr genießen kann. Sogar getrennt schlafen wie zu Hause war sehr gut möglich, da die Gästekoje einen vollwertigen Schlafplatz darstellt. Für unser eigenes Gepäck war mehr als ausreichend Platz in den Schränken vorhanden und auch der Waschtrockner war sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt nicht hellhörig, nachbarschaftliche Geräusche waren kaum wahrnehmbar und den Aufzug hörte man gar nicht. Nur für sehr empfindliche Ohren ist die angrenzende Bundesstraße ein wenig zu hören, was uns aber nicht wesentlich störte. Den Balkon konnte ich als Raucherin sehr gut nutzen. Auch die Parkkarte für die Garage in einer Seitenstraße war eine gute Sache, da die öffentlichen Stellplätze meist belegt waren und man somit immer eine Ausweichmöglichkeit hatte. Den einzigen negativen Punkt den wir haben ist ein fehlender Fliegenschutz. Leider sind Stechmücken in der Lage sehr hoch zu fliegen und sich abends an den Fenstern und der Balkontür nieder zu lassen. Somit war ein Lüften der Wohnung am Abend unmöglich und an warmen Tagen hätten wir uns das sehr gewünscht da dann die Nächte zu warm für einen erholsamen Schlaf waren. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ist gut durchdacht. Der Blick aus dem 13. Stock ist toll und ein bisschen wie "Miniaturwunderland". Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
