The flat is situated on the edge of the Eifel National Park, within walking distance of the town centre and with walking and cycling routes practically on your doorstep.

Ferienwohnung Holgenbach features two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen-diner. From the kitchen-diner, you step straight out onto the spacious balcony/terrace. This makes the flat an ideal base for couples, families or friends who want to explore the Eifel together and who value peace and quiet, nature and space to enjoy each other’s company.

Villa Holgenbach underwent a complete energy-efficiency refurbishment in 2024–2025, transforming it into an energy-efficient property (A+). The flat is fitted with triple-glazed windows, high-quality insulation on the external walls and roof, a heat pump, solar panels, new radiators and electrically operated roller shutters. The high-quality insulation protects against both heat and cold and, together with the upgraded systems, ensures a high level of comfort in every season. During the renovation, a large balcony was also added to the flat, creating an even more pleasant connection between indoors and outdoors.

A comfortable and practical stay
The fully equipped kitchen-diner is a cosy place to cook and dine together. The separate living/sitting area offers space to relax after an active day. The flat also has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.

From the kitchen-diner, you have direct access to the spacious private balcony/terrace. Here you’ll find a dining table and comfortable seating, as well as a Weber barbecue. A lovely spot for breakfast in the open air, a relaxing afternoon or a cosy evening after a day in the Eifel.

Quietly situated yet close to everything
Villa Holgenbach is situated in a quiet street in Schleiden, approximately 500 metres from the centre with its restaurants and shops. From the holiday flat, you can walk or cycle straight into the countryside. The cul-de-sac ends after about 300 metres in the countryside, and the Dieffenbach outdoor adventure pool is also within walking distance.

Discover the Eifel
Schleiden is situated in the heart of the beautiful Eifel and is an ideal base for walking, cycling, mountain biking and simply relaxing whilst enjoying nature and the open countryside. Well-known routes such as the Eifelsteig, Wildernistrail and Rur-Olef run through the municipality. Monschau, the Rursee, the Nürburgring, the Vennbahn, Kronenburger See and the Hellenthal Wildlife Reserve are also within easy reach. Aachen, Cologne, Bonn, Trier, Maastricht and the wine regions of the Ahr Valley and the Moselle are perfect for a day trip.
