Modern House-new building with a distant view in the National Park, the "Eifelsteig"

The house 2016 was created as semi-detached and located on the outskirts of the village Morsbach with a unique remote view into the National Park. The area offers a pristine nature that can be explored on numerous hiking trails in the national park and it is some 3 km away Ordensburg "Vogelsang".

The high-quality holiday house with about 85 sqm offers five people a Sleeps.
The property combines the ecological timber construction with a modern architecture: cozy wood ceiling and wall panels, central wood stove, modern kitchen, comfortable seating area and coffee combined with many windows allowing a panoramic view of the unspoiled country look.
The building is located on approximately 1 000 sqm plot with a large terrace. The garden and the terrace is gemeintschaftlich used with the other house.

In the attic there are two bedrooms for three and two persons and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Stove, Wifi, Radio-CD, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, convection oven, two refrigerators, Internet TV with library and an infrared heating available,

- We rent the property only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

The environment offers many possibilities for excursions:
- Signposted trails in the national park (including guided ranger tours) - right on the doorstep
- Einruhr / Urfttalsperre with boat tours and swimming pool - in 8 km
- Luftkuhrort Gemünd with pedestrian zone, many restaurants and outdoor swimming pool - in 6 km
- Summer toboggan run and open-air museum in Kommern - 22 km

Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Ausblick in den Nationalpark Eifel aus den großen Wohnzimmerfenstern. Im Garten kann man gut den Tag ausklingen lassen und da die andere Haushälfte nicht belegt war, war es auch absolut ruhig. Im Haus ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Was uns selbst jedoch gefehlt hat ist ein Schrank oder auch eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln. Sehr schön wäre auch eine Leselampe im Wohzimmer gewesen, um am Abend noch gemütlich auf der Couch sitzen zu können.

Traumhafter Blick in die Natur und absolute Ruhe, daher die für uns perfekte Lage! Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir können es daher absolut empfehlen.

A great place to escape and unwind

The property was beautiful, calm and cozy and in a stunning location with stunning views across the area, whatever the weather. Our children loved playing on the swings and in the garden and we enjoyed running, walking and cycling on the local trails and exploring the Reservoirs, beautiful Monschau and other local villages and their fabulous swimming pools! The house has everything we needed for a wonderful week.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien

Als gezin hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning. Frederik stuurde tevoren al netjes een berichtje met instructies voor inchecken en toen we aankwamen in Morsbach stond de verwarming al heerlijk warm en lagen de houtblokjes al klaar. Het was als een soort thuiskomen! Aan alles is gedacht! De omgeving rondom de woning is prachtig en zal in het voorjaar of de zomer nog mooier zijn. Dan lopen de dieren in de weide en is de natuur helemaal top. Wij raden deze woning en verhuurder zeker aan!

Traumhafte Ruhe in einer Idylle

Das Objekt hat uns mehr als gefallen. Das Haus lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Das schönste ist die Ruhe und der traumhafte Blick in die Natur. Die Umgebung bietet genug Möglichkeiten für einen Ausflug. Im Dorf befindet sich ein herrliches Bauerncafe. Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Danke und wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wohlfühlhaus mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Wir haben mit drei Personen eine super entspannte erholsame Woche in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man nichts vermisst. Die großen Betten sorgen für guten Schlafkomfort und alle Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen genialen Blick in die Landschaft. Abends lädt der große Esstisch zum Gesellschaftsspiele spielen ein oder man verbringt einen gemütlichen Abend bei Kaminfeuer auf dem Sofa. Sehr schön ist auch die dörfliche Lage mit angeschlossenem Wandernetz (z.B. Eifelsteig). Man kann quasi von der Haustür aus in alle Richtungen einfach loswandern (Wanderkarte vorhanden). Auch sehr empfehlenswert ist das Bauerncafe in der Nachbarschaft. Hier gibt es leckeren Kuchen und auch warme Gerichte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und er beantwortete sehr schnell unsere Fragen. Checkin und Checkout verliefen reibungslos. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Great house in a great location

This modern "lodge" style house is on the edge of a small hamlet, looking down towards the Urft. It is in a very peaceful location with a great view from outside and the floor to ceiling glass in the lounge. The bedrooms upstairs are large and airey and the upstairs doors are a nice touch. The property would be great for 2 couples or a family of 4 /5). We stayed with a 1 year old and the layout worked well. We were very appreciative of the pull out stair gate upstairs and the wooden toys ( the tractor made our son's holiday) is a nice touch. Morsbach is a good location for picking up the Eifelsteig, but also a good distance for Monschau, Nideggen, Heimbach and Bad Münstereifel. It is also only 5 minutes from the Vogelsang (and the farmer's café in the village). The property is well appointed and has plenty of utensils / crockery. The horses in the field next door were an added treat!

Traumhafter Blick , mit schneller Erholung

Das Haus liegt am Ende des Dorfes mit einem sagenhaften Blick ins Tal des Nationalparks Eifel. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich modern eingerichtet. Auch für unsere einjährige Enkelin war alles da,Kinderbett, Hichstuhl Spielzeug Kinderschaukel für sehr kleine Kinder, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir waren schon das zweite mal in diesem Haus und haben uns in der Woche wieder gut erholt.

ein Ort um total zur Ruhe zu kommen

Wir waren als 2 befreundete Paare für eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Der Blick in das Eifeltal ist fantastisch. Wie zusätzlicher Urlaub. Durch die großen Fenster konnten wir die herrliche Landschaft genießen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer Fenster tut uns stadtmenschen gut. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Teil hochwertig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 4 Freunde

Wunderschönes Haus mit nahezu perfekter Ausstattung, wie zu Hause ;) Unkomplizierter und schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Top Lage zu unterschiedlichen Ausflugszielen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Top huis, top locatie, heerlijke vakantie

Dit vakantiehuis voelt als een heerlijk thuis. Prachtige ligging aan de rand van nationaalpark de Eifel, met een wijds uitzicht over de bossen en weides. Uitvalsbasis val wandelingen en dagjes uit. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Absolute aanrader is het Bauernhofcafe 250meter bij het huis vandaan. Lekker kaffee met kuchen en ook goed ontbijt. En er blijven vast wat souvenirs aan je vingers plakken.

Mooi ingericht, schoon, volledig vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht

Goed contact met de verhuurder, snelle beantwoording van vragen en zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Het huis is mooi ingericht en schoon, met goede bedden. Het uitzicht is prachtig over het glooiende landschap. Vanuit het huisje zijn er vele wandelmogelijkheden. Vlakbij is een restaurant met lekkere lunch en taart. Wij kunnen het vakantiehuis zeker aanbevelen!
