Lakes & Water Fun: Take a walk right to the Waldsee, or reach Lake Chiemsee (“the Bavarian Sea”) and Lake Simssee in just a few minutes by car for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, or sailing.

Hiking & Winter Sports: Countless biking and hiking trails start almost right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach first-class ski resorts (such as Sudelfeld, Kampenwand, or SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser) in just about an hour’s drive—ideal for day trips on the slopes.

Culture & Enjoyment in Rosenheim: Discover Rosenheim’s historic old town with its charming cafés, Bavarian taverns, the Lokschuppen Cultural Center, and the filming locations of the popular TV series “Die Rosenheim-Cops.”
