Here you can see the smaller unit of the “Strandläufer” house in Scharbeutz, featuring 69 square meters of living space on the garden level (basement), accessible only via a staircase, with a northeast-facing terrace and garden, and equipped to accommodate up to 5 people.

It features a modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people), LED HDTV with cable, an iPod docking station, a hi-fi system, a Blu-ray/DVD/CD player, internet radio, a phone with a domestic flat rate, and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen with dining area is equipped to the latest technical standards, featuring an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has one single bed (new box-spring bed). The modern shower room with toilet includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A small barbecue area in front of the kitchen area is available for use.

Additionally, 3 Dutch bicycles (9-speed) and 2 children’s bicycles are available free of charge by arrangement with the downstairs apartment. A parking space is located in front of the house. No pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment.

Thanks to modern lighting technology and high-quality furnishings, guests will enjoy a pleasant vacation in any season. Base rate for up to 3 people; each additional person is charged an extra €30 per night.

This country-style semi-detached house with two apartments is located in a quiet residential area of Scharbeutz. It features two vacation apartments with living areas of 70 square meters and 150 square meters, respectively. These are complemented by spacious garden areas with south- and east-facing terraces, as well as a spacious balcony.

A garden shed provides bike storage, and the comfortable garden furniture, including a beach chair, invites you to relax.
The first floor of the house features a separate bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.
Thanks to modern lighting technology and high-quality technical amenities (multiple TVs, hi-fi systems, etc.), both apartments ensure a pleasant stay in all seasons. State-of-the-art Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
