Welcome to the Strandvilla, Apartment 13! <br>A comfortable 2-room apartment awaits you on the 1st floor, featuring a side view of the sea from the southeast-facing balcony, accommodating up to 3 people. Enjoy the sound of the sea!<br><br>The nautical-themed living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, a beautiful wall unit, a dining area for 4 people, and the lovely southeast-facing balcony with seating and a side view of the sea, is perfect for total relaxation. The LCD TV with cable TV and Blu-ray player, the stereo radio, the telephone, and Wi-Fi enhance this experience. <br>The open-concept kitchenette with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Senseo pod machine all contribute to this.<br>The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and carefully selected decor, allows you to unwind at night.<br>The spacious shower room with a toilet, plenty of storage space, and great lighting is also available. <br><br>There is an elevator in the building. A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin-operated fee. <br><br>For the 2026 season, a beach chair is available free of charge from May 15 to May 15.09.am beach.<br><br>Parking space in the underground garage (height 1.90 m). This is a non-smoking apartment.
