On the first level is the cozy living and dining room with an open-concept kitchen, as well as a southeast-facing balcony offering a breathtaking view of Lübeck Bay. A new 42-inch flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system with an iPod dock, a DVD player, and free DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi are all part of the comfortable amenities, as is a high-quality Miele washer-dryer combo in the bathroom.
