  • Welcome to the Hansaresidenz I vacation complex in Scharbeutz.<br><br>The "Kumweer" apartment is located in the heart of Scharbeutz. The beach and the Dünenmeile, with its shops and restaurants, are just a short walk away. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>This bright and cheerfully furnished two-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers 55 m² of space on two levels, accommodating two people. The building has an elevator, so you can easily reach the 4th floor.<br><br>On the lower level is the spacious living room with a smart TV (55-inch), stereo system, and Wi-Fi. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, equipped with a practical awning, where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea breeze.<br><br>The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area seats 2 people.<br><br>The tastefully decorated bathroom is equipped with a shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a radio.<br>A staircase leads to the cozy bedroom, which features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a small flat-screen TV. From the Veloux window, you can see the Baltic Sea. <br><br>The building has a washing machine and dryer for shared use. This is a non-smoking apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available.<br>Guests have access to a free underground parking space.
