    Welcome to the Hansaresidenz I vacation complex in Scharbeutz.

    The "Baltic Bright" apartment is located in the heart of Scharbeutz. The beach and the Dünenmeile, with its shops and restaurants, are just about 80 meters away. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

    This bright and cheerfully furnished two-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers 55 m² of space on two levels, accommodating two people. The building has an elevator, so you can easily reach the 4th floor.

    On the lower level is the spacious living room with a comfortable couch and TV. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine.
    The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area seats up to 4 people, where you can enjoy a cozy breakfast.

    The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
    A staircase leads to the cozy bedroom with a large double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m). The adjacent second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

    An underground parking space is available for your use. (Duplex, 2 cars stacked on top of each other up to 1.45 m in height, cars up to a maximum of 2,000 kg; no Jeeps, station wagons, vans, or lowered cars; no roof racks; max. length 5 m, width 1.90 m, max. height 1.45 m—at your own risk). Pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available to guests.

    This attractive and family-friendly vacation home is located 80 m from the beach. In just a short walk, you can reach the beautiful beach promenade with its great boutiques, cozy restaurants, and cafes. The apartments in this newly built building are equipped to modern standards. The spacious layout and tasteful furnishings are the perfect combination for a relaxing vacation. The building features an elevator, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The underground parking garage offers double-parking spaces for cars.
    We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.

Reibungsloser und schneller Ablauf Alles bestens, wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung (Nr.18) und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, in nur einer Minute ist man am Meer. Auch Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, sodass man das Auto gar nicht benötigt. Wir haben unser Auto auf dem dazugehörigen Stellplatz abgestellt und erst am Abreisetag wieder genutzt. Wir waren dort an heißen Sommertagen und obwohl es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, war es darin super angenehm. Die Wohnung ist zwar für zwei Personen ausgelegt, wirkt aber durch den großzügigen Schnitt sehr geräumig. Besonders praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer, so kommen sich beide morgens oder abends beim Fertigmachen überhaupt nicht in die Quere. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist hochwertig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaublich bequemen Matratzen, wir haben selten in einer Ferienwohnung so gut geschlafen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualität und Komfort großen Wert gelegt wurde. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
