This tastefully and lovingly furnished 2-room non-smoking apartment in Scharbeutz, with a personal touch, is located on the mezzanine level, just two minutes from the beach. As an exterior apartment, two additional windows (in the bathroom and living room) ensure that the rooms are bathed in natural light. The sunny southwest-facing balcony is shaded by an awning.

The cozy living room, featuring an integrated kitchenette, includes a comfortable sofa with an ottoman. It offers plenty of space for the whole family. When unfolded, it creates a sleeping area where two people can sleep comfortably. Additional amenities include a 50-inch UHD TV with a new soundbar, an internet radio with a built-in CD player and an inductive charging station for your cell phone, a Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi included, and many practical accessories such as two reading lamps, a selection of books, a collection of games, and an extensive assortment of glasses. The kitchenette is, of course, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. The large dining table offers plenty of space for 4 people.

Even in the separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large closet, you won’t have to do without a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The bright, modern shower room with a toilet offers ample storage space for your personal belongings.

A parking space is available. (Bicycle racks on the car must be removed!) Bicycle racks are available outside and in the bicycle storage room; a washer and dryer are provided inside the house. The apartment building is located on Ostseestraße, right next to a public parking lot.



This modern vacation home is just a few steps from the beach, the beautiful, modern promenade, charming cafes, cozy restaurants, and the nearby spa park with a mini-golf course and tennis courts. Everything is within easy walking distance.
The well-maintained and individually furnished two-room apartments offer excellent conditions for a relaxing vacation (southwest-facing balcony with a view of the greenery). Parking spaces are, of course, available for each apartment. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer in the building, as well as a bicycle storage room.
