Enjoy the best time of the year in our new and modernly furnished 3-person vacation apartment.

Completed in 2020 and lovingly furnished, the apartment is located in an 8-unit building at Seestraße 37, approximately 400 m from the beach.

The 51 sqm of living space spans two levels. The apartment is on the 1st floor.
An optimal floor plan and two balconies provide a pleasant atmosphere for you to enjoy your vacation.

When you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself right in the spacious living room. Here, during the colder months, you can make yourself comfortable with a cup of hot tea and an interesting book, or watch an exciting movie (Blu-ray) on the cozy sofa and enjoy entertaining games (PlayStation IV). A Bose Soundbar is available to provide that cinematic experience.

The couch also serves as a sleeping area and can be folded out into a bed with a comfortable sleeping surface measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m.
A generous library as well as a selection of movies and games are at your disposal, and you can also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi.

The well-equipped, open kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave, offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal without missing a thing. A Nespresso capsule machine is also available. We also have a wine refrigerator where you can keep your beverages at the perfect temperature.
The upper floor features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a cozy rooftop terrace.

Start your day in our spacious and fully equipped bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and rain showerhead, towel warmer, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. There is also a washer-dryer here that you are welcome to use.

For a restful night’s sleep, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) is available in the bedroom. From here, you can access the adjoining rooftop terrace. Here, you can sunbathe in peace or enjoy a cozy barbecue in the evening using the electric grill.


The stairs can, of course, be easily made child-safe.
The living room can be completely darkened using duplex pleated blinds. The bedroom can be completely darkened using venetian blinds. This ensures nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep.

Simply park your car in your parking space behind the house and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with us. There is also a bike shed available for storing any bicycles you bring with you.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
