"Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable."

"Parking is in a city around 1000 meters below Mürren. You have to 10 CHF for parking per day as well as 23.40 CHF round trip to use the Gondola unles you want to commit to a 3 hour hike. After you take the Gondola then hotel is only. 1/4 mile walk up hill to the Grand Palace. Hotel also had no A/C. The hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the alps. "

"The hotel is located on a hill with beautiful views. It's close to the train station, restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The room was very clean. So was the hotel. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a restaurant. The food was very tasty."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations from check in to the moment we left. The location is so beautiful and peaceful yet a short walk to the main street. "Excellent value for money. The rooms were recently updated and modern. We made a mistake in booking a double room instead of a triple, and the owner went our of her way to get a spare bed for our daughter. They have an excellent restaurant too. It was summer but the room had an electric fan which helped a lot. A/C was not needed at all, at night the temperature was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. "

"Amazing property with unmatched views of the Lauterbrunnen valley and surrounding mountains. Rooms were updated, spotless and roomy. Sauna and hot tub were a great way to end a day of hiking, biking or exploring- but what stands out for us most was the amazing staff at this property! "The hotel is well mantained, very clean and rooms are antique but chic. It match very well with the area and is located in a hill overlooking the town and the mountains. The service was great! I hope I can go back in the future. "

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations and I did wonder whether there was anything else I would suggest, but there was nothing I would add. As a solo traveller I found the hotel to be very accommodating and would return here with friend and family.
