"Parking was an additional 20 Euros per day. Breakfast was an additional 25 Euros per person per day (29 Euros if not booked through reception). No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)"

"We had a great stay in a beautiful area, perfect for walking around, with plenty of coffee shops, patisseries, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the daily housekeeping kept it very tidy, and the staff was consistently helpful. One small note on the breakfast quality: on consecutive days, I noticed flies around the open food, and I also saw a small fly inside the covered cake display."

"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "Allowed to check-in Earlier as my flight arrived, Asked to add a 200 euro guarantee for the bar in the room, Given a great view room in the corner of the building. Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff."
