Park for free and enjoy the excitement of the anticipation as you approach your new home-from-home for the first time. You'll see there's step-free access into the townhouse, especially handy when you're carrying your luggage.

Once inside, you will have three floors of gloriousness to explore and it'll be all yours.

LIVING ROOM
Take your pick from two comfortable sofas, both of which offer-up great views of the 43-inch flat screen TV. You can see the screen from the dining table too, a place to gather for a formal meal if you're here celebrating a special occasion with friends or family. The table can also double as your work desk if you're staying on business, even be a table at which you can host a meeting.

There's access from here to the kitchen and out into the garden. So bringing meals to the table is easy, and letting a cool breeze in on those long hot summer days is simple too.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Ahhhh, escape from it all to the peaceful fully-decked patio that comes with the property. It's accessed from the living room and has seating space where you can relax and read, even work, or eat al fresco.

KITCHEN
Gather here to grab snacks from the fridge or prepare full-on meals for everyone. There's all you need to make a cooked breakfast, light lunch, Sunday roast and a tasty supper, whatever you need to. There are plenty of cupboards and fridge freezer space in which to store your favourite foods. And a washing machine too to take care of clothes, handy if you're staying long term and/or need to keep your work clothes looking smart. The big window really ensures the space draws in plenty of daylight.

DOWNSTAIRS TOILET
There's no need to dash upstairs in this house. You've got a WC and wash basin downstairs.

BEDROOM 1
This can be arranged to have a Super Kingsize bed or two singles. Just let your hosts know which set-up works best for you. Either way, you'll get to sleep on comfortable mattresses and under high quality bedding.

BEDROOM 2
Enjoy the unique shape and layout of this second bedroom with two single beds. As with every other room in the townhouse, it's presented to the very highest standard with pristine sheets and puffed-up pillows that invite you to stretch out and recharge those batteries ahead of another day's working or exploring Scarborough.

Another bright and welcoming bedroom with two single beds, ideal if you are seeking accommodation for colleagues and contractors, or if you are travelling with children or as a group of friends. Quality mattresses and premium pillows will ensure whoever sleeps in here enjoys a peaceful night's rest.

UPSTAIRS FAMILY BATHROOM
Your hosts will ensure hotel-grade towels await everyone, and it's in here that you'll get to use them. It's a beautiful bathroom with a modern suite that gives you a choice of bath or shower to freshen-up in the mornings and/or evenings.

Guests will have access to the entire property and outside patio area.

The townhouse is located a short distance from The Cinder Trail. That's a former railway track that's now used by walkers and cyclists. So if you want to explore it, slip into your most comfortable shoes or hop aboard your bike and off you go.

Go shopping in the supermarket - there's a big Sainsbury's really close to the house so you can stock-up on all those essentials and treats.
