Hazey Point Beach House located in Pine Point, one of Maine`s prime oceanside neighborhoods. Less than 1000 ft down a tree lined beach path you’ll find the breathtaking 7 mile expanse of unspoiled white sand

*parking for 5 cars max, no exceptions

(Pictures will be added as we update)The main house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 kings, 2 queens, 3 twins and one full size bed. The main house offers a first floor bedroom and bathroom (no stairs). The carriage house apartment has a queen bed and full size bed and one bathroom with the small second kitchen space (stove, microwave and refrigerator)

Quintessential Maine! Pine Point is a walkable, bike-able neighborhood in which you can experience some of Maine’s most incredible treasures. Pine Point is the northern most tip of a seven mile stretch of beach that features the marsh and river, a fishing pier, sandy beach, and ocean all on a short stroll around the neighborhood. Pine Point is a quieter option from the bustling Old Orchard Beach, while offering the option of a short drive or trolly ride to the towns attractions and amusement park.
The property is extremely close to four dining options (Emma’s Eats, Salty Bay, The Bait Shed and Stern Seafood) and with just a little longer walk will take you to the Clambake, The Garage BBQ or for dinner, or to grab takeout pizza at EBC.
Our home offers parking for 5-6 vehicles and a backyard for post beach games, bbq’s and nights by the fire pit.

Pet friendly- please inquire with owner about bringing your pet on vacation. We kindly ask if you bring your pet that you also bring items to cover our furniture and beds they may sleep on. We also ask that you remove all pet waste off the yard.
Please be mindful of leaving dogs unattended in the home for long periods of time. We LOVE dogs but our home is not a pet sitter ☺️

Do not bring more than five vehicles and try to squeeze them on our property, our grass, or street-or ask our neighbors to park at their house- bringing more than five vehicles to our property will be breaking our house rules!!!!! Parking is in front driveway (3 cars) and side gravel driveway on the side of the house for tandem parking(2 cars)
