This spacious apartment is laid out over two floors, You enter the property from the rear staircase which leads to the roof terrace. off the roof terrace you will find a utility room with a large fridge freezer and ironing facilities, to your right is the cloak room with a toilet and vanity unit. Then enter the fully equipped dining kitchen, Full oven and hob, microwave, drinks machine, toaster, washing machine, and everything needed to cook a romantic meal for two. From the kitchen you will enter the hall way with ample storage and space, this leads to the living room with soft leather settees, smart tv cosey log burner and a large bay window. From here climb the stairs to

The property is on a street mainly of terrace properties. there are no houses on the opposite side of the property which is great for parking as you can use both sides of the road. The apartment is above our shop which is only used for storage, so you are unlikely to see us but we do live close by if you need us. You enter the apartment via a passage at the side of the shop, The passage and roof terrace are floodlit in the evenings so no worries if you want to stop out late.

There are only a few rules, no smoking indoors please, we have provided a covered outdoor area for you. Just one small dog, If you go out and you have a dog you must take it with you.
Log burner fuel is charged extra via a honesty box

For your security the front gate to the passage has an electronic lock which saves using keys all the time, The front and rear of the gate has security cameras, there are no other cameras once you pass this point,
