Merchants Quarters is a modern period conversion apartment building with a stunning roof top terrace and views of Scarborough Bay!

Berkano (Viking name for Ocean) and Othala (Heritage) are 2 apartments (in one booking) on the 3rd floor and 2nd floor each with its own stunning seaviews in the heart of Scarborough South Bay!

Hosted within "Merchants Quarters" - a stunning period conversion in Scarborough town centre. Located at the bottom of "Eastborough" within easy access of car parks (car parking free and included with your stay for one car) and attractions such as the arcades, scarborough tram, harbour, numerous fish and chip shops, fairground this is an ideal base!

Book BOTH apartments to sleep 8 people - please note that at least one person in each apartment has to be 18 or over - i.e. no children on their own. Both apartments have access to the simply stunning roof top terrace with views of south bay and the harbour.

Each apartment features:
A hallway which leads onto the lounge / diner straight ahead and with a bathroom (large shower room) to your right and bedroom to the left this is an ideal base to kick off your (beach) shoes and relax.
Lounge Diner - featuring large bay window with stunning sea views to the right and views of the attractions this room has lovely large sofas, smart TV, dining tables and board games etc its a great space for evenings in.
Kitchen - down a few steps off the lounge diner is the galley kitchen featuring everything you need for a self catering break!
Master Bedroom - Large spacious master bedroom with sea view and space to store your clothes (and do a bit of ironing)
Bathroom - featuring large sink, WC and luxury walk in shower this is ideal for showering before heading into town
Twin Bedroom - featuring two single beds and storage space this is ideal for a 3rd and 4th guest.

Roof Top Balcony - At the top of the building above the apartment is the large roof terrace featuring amazing views of Scarborough South Bay. With plenty of seating and ideal to make friends and socialise this is a unique feature of Merchants Quarters!

-Apartment access is off street and there is no lift. Access is via a staircase and the property is unsuitable for guests who find stairs difficult.
