This handicap accessible private home is 5 miles from the beach, 12 miles from downtown Portland, and 9 miles from Portland International Jetport. The 6-year-old home is newly renovated, and has an all-season porch attached. The location is quiet and peaceful, and equipped with a generator. You will feel like you are in the countryside, yet close to everything. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts. A 10% discount for a full week rental, 35% discount for monthly rental.

This place has a very cozy sunroom off the master bedroom overlooking a beautiful field. The bedrooms are spacious. We were very comfortable here and had a great time visiting the beach and area amusement parks.

Cottage was cozy and clean, perfect size for our family of 5 to spread out. Nice quiet location, close driving distance to so much. Great communication from property manager. Our favorite spot was the sunroom, we enjoyed watching for wildlife and playing card/board games. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable! The home was equipped with everything needed! And the first property we have stayed at that was better than the pictures! Beds were all very comfortable, more than enough space in every room, and the fresh flowers on arrival were an awesome surprise! We will definitely be back!

The property is great! I felt the location was perfect....gave us the feeling privacy but was also located within a few minutes drive to anything we needed or wanted to do. My sister and I took our 92 yr old mom on a mother/daughter trip to coastal Maine--we picked the perfect spot to stay! The home was located close to beaches, restaurants and attractions, yet was completely quiet, private and surrounded by nature. Although my mom is spry and active, it was nice to have everything on the ground floor and with a ramp to the front door. The kitchen was well equipped (so glad it had a Keurig coffee maker!) and having 2 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms was a much appreciated plus!

The property was exactly what was advertised. It was in a great location, easy drive to the beach and local restaurants. We have been coming to OOB for many years with our family, now we have grand children to share this special place with. This property is a central location for most activities. Everything is updated and exceptionally nice. The owner responds quickly, in fact I inquired as to which kind of coffee maker there was and it was the regular type and he responded again that he put a Keurig, as well. A very nice one, too. The yard was big enough for our grandson to play baseball. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in that area for a nice place to stay.

We loved this secluded home. It was only a 10 minute drive from the Scarborough Fish & Game club where we competed in the Maine State Sporting Clays shoot. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We liked it and booked to go back in September!

The tap water had a distinctive brown tinge to it for the first 3 days of our stay. As a result, we bought bottled water for drinking and cooking. Also, two of the three TVs did not work. The one with the combo DVD/VHS player wouldn’t play a new DVD. None of the 3 TVs were connected for broadcast TV. Luckily, I knew my Amazon Prime password, otherwise we would not have had any TV. However, other than those two nits, the rental was very nice, quiet, and well provisioned!

We came up for the 2024 UNE Commencement in Portland and needed enough space for 5 adults and a few vehicles. Located just a little south of Portland, this was the perfect solution! I have to say, this property is a gem. The owners have done a fantastic job in appointing the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was modern and well equipped for any cooking needs. The living spaces were well furnished and inviting, and all three of the bedrooms were a joy to stay in. Lets not forget the warm and fun decorations/artwork around the house. The icing on the cake for me was how invited we all felt in staying at the house. Our contact for the home was beyond receptive for any questions we had and always responded in a timely manner. Major kudos there! We even had fresh flowers waiting in the kitchen for our arrival. Nice touch! We also enjoyed the privacy of the property - something you'll never get staying at an in-city house/condo or in a hotel. Nothing beats walking on the grass in the morning enjoying that first cup of coffee while looking out over an adjacent pasture. A peaceful way to kick things off before diving into a very full day of activities in the city. When back in the area, we will definitely book here again! Thanks to Zac for an incredibly wonderful stay and a weekend to remember. Cheers!

We rented this lovely home over Thanksgiving last year and were so delighted with everything it had to offer we decided to rent it this year for our Thanksgiving celebration. It's quiet, clean, well laid out and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. It is located near local restaurants and beaches should one choose to venture out, The hosts are most gracious and communication was prompt. They even had wonderful personal touches-homemade soap in the bathrooms and fresh flowers on the table to great us when we entered. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The location was awesome. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The vase of flowers welcoming us was sweet and thoughtful. The owners were kind and responded quickly when we asked a couple of questions. We would stay here again.

The location of the house was great for our purposes, a much more economical option than staying in Pine Point or OOB. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and seasonings. We enjoyed the tranquility of sitting on the sun porch. The vase of fresh flowers upon arrival was a nice touch. However, the space could have been cleaner and the mattress size of the master was not what was advertised. The listing stated that there are three queen beds, the bed in the master is a full. This makes a big difference to us taller than average folk. I mentioned this to the property manager and there was no acknowledgment of the listing being inaccurate. As for cleanliness, the A/C unit filters were full of dust, under the couch cushions was full of dirt and crumbs, and there were mouse droppings under the baseboard heating in the “Victorian” bedroom. I would have initially thought of renting again in the future but the property manager’s lack of acknowledgment of misrepresenting the space has dissuaded me from returning.

We stayed there for a family wedding party in Scarborough about 10 minutes from the property. Everything was clean. The amenities were great. We had to do a little cooking and the dishes, pots and pans were ample. Nice bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Two of the beds were pretty soft but just fine for kids. The master bedroom had a nice firm mattress which is what I prefer. A quick text to let Zach know I arrived and he gave me a code to get in. Close to most everything. I would stay here again.

Very clean & tidy, appliances & all in good condition. Lots of the little things you need in the kitchen were present, unlike many rentals. Overall very good place to stay. We were day-tripping and this is an excellent location for that purpose. Very good value, and all-in-all a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
