"It was small but had everything I needed. An instruction book for the combi oven/microwave would have been handy, and a rail to hang my clothes on. Very good shower.
I did have problems locking the door from both the inside and outside.
Great views, even though it was on the A66 it was very quiet."

"The Halston is a beautiful venue and our townhouse was amazing and very clean, well equipped, staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast in their hotel and dinner in Penny Blue restaurant were delicious."

"Lovely comfortable lodge. Great beds, lovely and warm and great if you have a dog. Location was great but you do need a car to get to local towns (Ambleside and Windermere).Stunning park right on a Marina. Lovely bar and shop.Great comms from the owners and we would definitely stay again."

"It was a fun, funky apartment superbly located in Bowness on Windermere. Even though we got a lot of rain during our visit, we took the ferry to see Hill Top Farm and explore the Lake District. We took a 10-lakes tour that worked out great for seeing this beautiful area!"
