Inside, contemporary architecture, natural finishes, and comfortable gathering spaces create a restrained backdrop for the landscape. The kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout, while the bedrooms remain separate from the main gathering space.



Vista Panoramic accommodates up to four guests:

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
