"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The location is great. The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay...

"No AC while undergoing renovations and it's the middle of summer. But they can't bother to let you know when you book the room. They just tell people that they didn't advertise AC, so it's on you to read the fineprint."

"It's good to have a small studio for business trip so you can have kitchen and room supplies. They have extra facilities in cupboards and with lots of hangers that I like a lot. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed and beddings are comfortable to sleep in. Good water pressure in the shower. The area is a bit quiet as it's around the university and residential area, so not many restaurants to choose from. But it's close to metro and supermarket. I haven't got chance to try...

"This a beautifully designed hotel, but they seem to get some of the basics wrong. We have stayed over for 1 night for the last 3 years - but this will be the last time. The first year was very good - the rooftop bar was a nice bonus to our stay, The second visit, the restaurant was disappointing. "Leider konnten wir nicht parken, obwohl wir bereits bei der Buchung mitgeteilt hatten, dass wir unbedingt einen Parkplatz brauchen. Das zwar vorhandene Parkhaus war vollständig besetzt. Dies mit der Rezeption zu klären war unmöglich. Es gab nur einen Art von menschenüberflutetem Wartesaal mit Nummern auf Leuchtanzeigen, ähnlich wie bei einem Amt und es haben mindestens 50 Leute auf den Check-In gewartet. "Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, they upgraded our room to a higher floor to compensate for the lack of AC at no cost. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the "happy hour" from 17 to 18 is a nice touch. The breakfast is fabulous."
