The vibrant ocean sunsets are visible year round from this amazing home, where monkeys, macaws, toucans, sloths, aracaris, and many other birds and animals have been spotted enjoying the various fruit trees and plants on the property.
Set up for true indoor/outdoor living, you can watch the sunset from the infinity pool or the covered patio, or from the heart of the home, as there are dining and living areas inside and out with ample seating. This newly renovated space opens up to nature through arched windows and doors, and is well-equipped and well-appointed throughout. It features new appliances that include a barbecue, fridge, wall oven, microwave, five-burner gas cooktop, and dishwasher. With a kitchen set up to host large groups, bedroom suites set up for privacy, and the modern conveniences of high speed internet, smart TV, air conditioning, and security system, this 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom space will keep guests comfortable and well-connected while they’re enjoying their private half-acre of the jungle. Finished in the Costa Rican style with colorful art, wood details, and tile floors throughout, the Aracari Sunset Villa offers a casually elegant tropical experience in this home away from home.
When it’s time to sleep, there are three incredible suites to choose from. Each suite has supremely comfortable king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, as well as many unique features.
In the Panorama Suite on the top floor, wake up surrounded by windows facing the ocean and listen to the birds from your personal wrap-around covered deck. Elevated as it is, the views from this suite are unparalleled.
The Grande Suite and the Sunset Suite are both located on the ground floor. The Sunset Suite has a private patio nestled next to the lush jungle, but still stunning views of the ocean. The Grande Suite has a twin over queen bunkbed that provides additional sleeping to the king bed to accommodate families or groups, and its modern en suite bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The main living space and outdoor patio is also accessible, as we want everyone to be able to experience the comfort and beauty of this Villa.
Both the home and its surroundings are truly breathtaking, and the location is ideal for exploring Costa Rica’s southern zone. The included concierge service will assist with a smooth check in, and can book a wide variety of tours and activities no matter your travel style, schedule private chefs or massages upon request, and give great local recommendations.
If you want to explore independently, the Villa is well-situated for that too. Set in the jungle above the quaint village of Hatillo, it’s only a few minutes from the renowned surf town of Dominical with many tourist amenities, twenty minutes from Uvita and the famous whale tale beach of Playa Ballena, thirty minutes from the bustling local town of Quepos and its marina known for sport fishing, and forty minutes from the beautiful Manuel Antonio Park and beach town where monkeys can be spotted moving through the trees most afternoons.
