Wright Square Loft: Amazing Unit A in Downtown Savannah With Great Views!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo with a wall of windows overlooking Wright Square. This location is steps from all the best fine dining restaurants Savannah has to offer, as well as museums, casual restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, bars, day spas and historic landmarks.

The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops which is open to a great dining room and living room with leather sectional sofa. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and nice bathroom next door off the hallway. The master bedroom at the front of the unit has a King bed, a lovely en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Conveniently, you will have a private laundry room with Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. The building has coded entry from street level into the lobby stairwell area. This unit is on floor 2 of a 2 story building and there is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. Parking is on-street and meters are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone. Or by paying one of the several public parking garages within a 3 block radius directly.

We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.

Beautiful property in a central location to everything, outfitted with everything you will need. Definitely will visit again, one of the best rentals we have done while traveling the world.

Great location and the apartment was exactly as described. Whatever you need, it is there. Also, they don't have an exhaustive clean up policy where you stress that you forgot something and they will penalize you. We had one snafu while we there -- the outer lock stopped working. It was actually an HOA issue but the prop mgr STILL had her person fix it even though it took almost 4 hours on a Sat night. I really appreciated their taking care of something that wasn't their responsibility to make sure it didn't interfere in our stay. The only reasons for 4 stars: the master bdrm has a BRIGHT streetlight shining in and no curtain over the shutters. So it was hard to fall and stay asleep. Plus, there's no TV in the 2nd bedroom. There's also no window. Things to know when you're deciding who sleeps where -- bright light or pitch black with no TV. Finally, the pillows are super firm and thick, which we both found uncomfortable. I slept without a pillow all 4 days.

Wow, what an amazing place. The location was perfect, literally a 0.5 mile walk to EVERYTHING! Unfortunately, it rained every day we were there but thankfully, not a heavy rain so we were still able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place for beauty and location.

We had a great stay! Clean, plenty of space, great location, parking ramp was a plus, and would stay again. Bonus, the couch was super comfortable to chill and watch a movie at the end of the night. Loved the natural lighting with the big windows too.

Fantastic condo! My sister and I stayed for a long weekend. The location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere. The garage access is a huge plus! Super clean place and well-stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry/cleaning products. Kitchen has everything you need. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Quiet other than construction across the street on weekdays. The huge windows and quaint view were excellent. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Savannah!

Fantastic! We were in town for my daughter to visit SCAD and chose this place for the new interior, the windows facing the park, the location central to SCAD, the historic district, and River Street. It was fun to be able to walk out the door and head either toward the River or Forsyth Park. The place was really clean and it was a great convenience to have the card to the parking garage a few blocks away. We'll look for this place again if we return to Savannah!

Beautiful Updated Apartment

We enjoyed the Wright Square Loft! It is a large, clean centrally located apartment in the downtown Savannah River section. We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Perfectly Located for all things Savannah!

The condo is just as advertised. Clean, plenty of room and well stocked. Don't let the building smell as you enter concern you, the apartment does not smell and is very well maintained. Mary was a great host, although we didn't need anything during our stay. Location is perfect to walk anywhere in Historic Downtown Savannah.

Fell in love!

I recently stayed in this beautiful condo located in one of the charming Squares of downtown Savannah, and I was absolutely blown away. First, let's talk about the decor — it’s simply stunning. The attention to detail is impeccable, and every corner of the condo is filled with exquisite touches that make it feel both elegant and cozy. As a VRBO owner myself, I really appreciate the little things, and it’s clear the owner has put a lot of thought into making the space special.This condo was a perfect home base for exploring Savannah, and I absolutely fell in love with the city. I will definitely be coming back — this place is now a go-to spot for me. The property is a true winner, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Great spot!

This was a great house in a great location. The only negative for us was that there was construction going on across the street that started around 7 am during the week. One other note is that there is a church nearby that tolls the bells every 15 minutes- starting at 7 am.

Great Retreat in the Middle of everything

The property was immaculate, so well laid out, great kitchen, comfortable beds, elegant bathrooms. There are stairs to the second floor, but the generous windows overlooked the part. Short walks to coffee, dinner, historic sites, beautiful parks would stay there again in a heartbeat

Great Downtown Location!

This is a very nice, clean and spacious unit in downtown Savannah. The host responded timely to questions we had prior to check-in, and the check-in process itself was easy. The provided garage parking was a short walk from the unit but we didn’t need the car and easily walked to shops, restaurants, etc. from the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and would definitely recommend it! The only minor concerns we had were with the entrance and the stairways leading to the property. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
