  • Year-round pool, gazebo, and dual-unit layout with original terrazzo floors and walk-in showers in a quiet Savannah neighborhood. The main house and attached studio offer open-concept living, private outdoor space, and room for up to 14 guests. Short drive to Forsyth Park, River Street, and Bonaventure Cemetery. Built for families and groups who need separation, privacy, and proximity to the Historic District.

    Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. If you have any questions about the pool, please feel free to ask.

    This coastal retreat has been fully renovated and thoughtfully updated. The main home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus there is an attached studio apartment that adds a bedroom and bathroom. With this reservation, you will have access to both Side A and Side B of the property.

    When you arrive, you can park in the driveway and enter through the main entrance. Inside, you'll find a beautifully updated kitchen with shaker-style cabinets and all the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove with overhead range hood, and more. There are four bar stools at the kitchen counter, along with an eat-in dining area that opens to the living room, creating a spacious, open-concept layout ideal for gathering and entertaining.

    The living area features a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables with lamps, and a 50” Roku TV. Throughout the home, you'll notice high-end finishes, original terrazzo floors, and spa-like floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers.

    The primary bedroom offers a king bed, nightstands with lamps, and a bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a shared nightstand with a lamp, and a larger closet.

    The attached studio apartment is a fully finished and tastefully converted former garage. It includes a small kitchenette with a microwave and basic kitchen essentials, a queen bed, and two pull-out sofa beds, perfect for additional guests or extra privacy.

    Outside, you can relax and enjoy sunny days under the gazebo.

    Please note: The pool receives weekly professional maintenance and cleaning. Service visits are brief and should not disrupt your stay; however, technicians will need access to the yard and pool area on the scheduled service day. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were locked out for over an hour past our scheduled check-in time because the provided entry code did not work and had to be reset after multiple attempts to contact the property owner.Once inside, we found the home was not clean or guest-ready. There was hair on countertops and linens, dust balls and old trash under couches, and it appeared the property had not been properly swept, vacuumed, or wiped down. The bedding was also concerning, with stains on pillows, pillowcases, and sheets.We also encountered cockroaches, not just near the entrances but inside the living areas. My wife killed two in the shower and another in the kitchen. The queen bed's box spring was broken prior to our arrival with no solution given to fix, and repeated fire alarm issues were simply met with instructions to "monitor the situation," which felt unsafe, especially with children staying in the home.The pool area was not clean, and the excessive number of bugs and mosquitoes around the property forced us to purchase our own bug repellent products in order to comfortably enjoy the outdoor areas and amenities.We communicated these concerns during our stay, but very little appeared to be done to address them. We even purchased our own pillows and other items to feel comfortable and sanitary. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues we experienced.

Upon arrival, we encountered significant issues accessing the unit, requiring multiple phone calls over approximately 1.5 hours before finally receiving a hard key. This caused considerable delay and frustration.The condition of the property was unacceptable. Floors and countertops were visibly dirty. Couch bed mattresses were stained with what appeared to be blood, and no sheets were provided for the three couch beds or the inflatable mattress. This required us to purchase linens at our own expense, totaling several hundred dollars.Additional concerns included broken bed frames, dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, and used Q-tips found in a kitchen drawer. The exterior areas were similarly neglected, with debris covering the deck and pool area. The pool itself was in unacceptable conditionAmenities advertised were either inadequate or non-functional. The charcoal grill was broken and could not be used. There were only two televisions in the living areas, one of which did not work, and no televisions were provided in the bedrooms.

Lots of little issues that added up over the week. Getting to the property the code I was giving to use for doors didn’t work. Thankfully there was a number listed on the locks to call and we found out we were giving incorrect information. The first night the thermostat didn’t work and unfortunately it was cold that night in Savannah we woke up to it being 54 degrees in the house. It did start working the next day but it would cut off at weird times one moment it was comfortable then it would get cold and we would have to go turn it back on. On Tuesday night the power went off in the middle of the night and thanks to a previous review that had same issue we found the breaker box to get it back on. There are no dressers in the rooms so for me it hard living out of suitcases for a week. But that is a personal preference I have for being able to unpack for comfort. No TVs in the bedrooms oh and the WiFi password I was given also was incorrect. They had a sign by the one TV in the main part that had the correct information. Overall it was not a bad stay just wasn’t a perfect one for what I paid.
