For those seeking entertainment, the game room will quickly become a favorite hangout spot. Test your skills on classic arcade games or challenge each other to a game of basketball, all within the comfort of home. Lagoon across the street has fish and turtles to feed.
Checkout List & House Rules

Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation in our home. Here are a few reminders about your departure and the house rules. Please take a moment and have all the guests read them.

• Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty.

• The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and an additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.

• To watch TV, a Roku remote is provided (for each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.

• Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Sponge, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods are located on the counter beside the kitchen sink for cleaning dishes and/or using the dishwasher.
