Summary:
This historic Savannah YWCA building turned into modern residences! Come stay away with us but feel at home in this tastefully decorated refinished condo. Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! We offer a washer/dryer for you to use at your convenience. WiFi and smart TV's included.

The Space:
We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

Guest Access:
There are elevators available for you on the main level, we are on level 3.

The Neighborhood:
We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!

Getting Around:
You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

That said, if you are bringing a car, you will have to visit Parking Services at 100 E Bryan St, Savannah, GA 31401 to obtain a pass for more information, visit their website (City of Savannah Mobility & Parking Services).

Host was amazing in communicating with us about the rental and parking.
The Cathedral Basilica of St John the Baptist. We went to this historic church for Sunday mass.
Circa 1875 for a wonderful dinner
Near Boars Head Tavern for a family brunch after church mass.
Collins House our go to breakfast place.

centrally located to everything. Property was very clean. You do get some street noise but it’s not too bad. Just an FYI to the property manager: one of the bedroom sinks drains poorly, the front door is difficult to open and close, and the light flickers in the kitchen

Great for 2 Couples

The condo was exactly as posted and pictured. Very clean and cared for. The building halls need a refresh.The location was great and allowed us to walk to all parts of Savannah. We were able to park our cars 2 blocks from the property. I recommend downloading the Park Savannah app ahead of time. We had 2 couples and enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The street noise did wake us at night, but I could see this as an issue at most rentals along Oglethorpe Avenue.

Loved our stay at this property!

The condo was clean, beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The beds were the best. The showers were wonderful. The only drawback was the street noise on weekends. Not a big deal. Overall, we could not have asked for a more perfect place.

Great Location

This property was as described. Clean, efficient and perfect location in the Historic district - walking distance to everything - Museums, Restaurants, River, Trolly Tours. The Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom layout was excellent, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location!

In the heart of the Historic District. Walked everywhere. The building & condo were quite comfortable. Chase was wonderful and quick to respond to questions. If I return to Savannah, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Great value!

Nice quaint apartment but perfect for 4. Just a quick 2 block walk to Broughton Street where all of the shopping and restaurants are, and another 2 blocks to River Street. You might have to walk your luggage a few blocks to checkin/checkout as parking at the rental is limited, but that is an issue everywhere in historic downtown. The value here is good. The host was nice and responsive. I would stay here again.

Location! Location! Location! We are all Seniors and we walked everywhere. We didn't cook with all the good restaurants located in Savannah, but it looked as if it had everything. The living room was a good size. The 2 bedroom/bathrooms were seperated by the living areas. The bathrooms have been remodeled since the pictures were taken and both have very nice showers. The area felt very safe and the condo secure. We would highly recommend 👌

Location, location, location!!

Apartment is in an awesome location for exploring historic Savannah. Walking distance to all of the squares, River Street and City Market. With that, know that you are in the middle of the historic district with a lot of city traffic and very near SCAD housing, so expect a lot of street noise. Also, know that you are staying in an historic building. Though renovated, don’t expect hotel finishes. You do, though, get a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! Owners/ management were quick to reply. Communication was 5 star. We loved the view of the “Forest Gump” steeple from the living room window!
