Stunning, Spacious, Stylish Loft off of Broughton Street by Lucky Savannah

Just off of Broughton Street, facing Telfair Square, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and a full size bathroom with walk-in shower just across the hall.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. A top of the stairs, take advantage of a great spot to people watch with a morning cup of coffee, or read your favorite book. Down the hall, a power room, and an additional full-size bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Heading out on the town? Check out Alley Cat Lounge beneath your building; a lively, ambient basement bar serving over 150 classic and original cocktails made from fresh ingredients, house infusions and over 500 spirits.

Very good location for shoppjng and eating. Stairs up to apt and inside apt can be challenging if you have weak legs or lots of lugguage. Otherwise, the apt was most pleasant.

Great Location and Spacious

The location is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants on Broughton with easy access to most sights in the Historic District. Be prepared for walking up a couple of flights of steps to the apartment and another couple of flights to the loft. However, the senior citizens in our group had no problem with them. The apartment itself was very comfortable with a lot of space for group gathering or some quiet time alone.

Beautiful Home

This home was absolutely beautiful! It is located in great area close to everything. More than enough space for our family. Parking was easy at a nearby parking structure. Only minor issues were a moldy shower curtain, host said they would come change it but it was not done. It was a short stay so we just dealt with it.

Stunning Loft

This was a beautiful place to stay for our girl's trip, the loft is bright, spacious and nicely designed. Only negative is that it is right above a pretty noisy lounge so Friday night was very tough for sleeping. One window needs to be fixed and didn't close all the way so the sound came right in. Even if it were closed it might still be loud. Also, the entrance is on a back alley that was a little tough for some of our group to find. Overall, it was really comfortable for all of us. We would stay there again, just bring ear plugs!

First time in Savannah

First trip to Savannah and this place was in the perfect location. The property was very spacious - perfect for our party of seven. It was clean, ample amount of towels, paper products etc. The pictures don't do it justice because it was even better in person! Being above the Alley Cat Lounge/Bar I worried it would be too loud but that was never an issue. The entrance to the property is on Broughton Lane which is the alley behind Broughton Street. Not an issue just a heads up. Overall, this place was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

The right spot

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Savannah. The alley cat bar downstairs is a really nice craft cocktail bar. The only downside is that if you're in the double full bed room, you can hear the people who are outside smoking/yelling until they close.

Beautiful Apartment

We loved everything about our stay! The place was beautiful, very clean, and in a fantastic location. Would stay here again for sure. Our only small complaint is the bedroom and bathroom doors are squeaky and could use some WD40.

Wonderful location, absolutely beautiful place to stay!

The interior of the house was gorgeous, very well done and the security to get in and out of the building was awesome. Loved that the original wood floors were kept and refinished! Beds were super comfy and plenty of towel, pillows, etc. The only downside was there were very few things in the cupboards. No trash bag(s), 1 roll of paper towels, limited kitchen tools, no spices, salt & pepper, foil, etc. Just be prepared to bring your own. Otherwise we loved it and would definitely stay there again! The Alleycat Lounge right next door was a nice surprise also!

Great stay!

My family and I loved this property! It is in a great location, close to shopping, food, and just a short walk to the river. The loft had a cool vibe, was very clean, roomy and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect Location

This place was a perfect location to easily access the best of Savannah. The place was cleaner than a hotel, provided great space for me and 6 friends, including ample beds, a large table for family style meals and games, and seating area worked out great. Kitchen has bare minimum for cooking but I assume most people visiting are not eating in like my friends and I. Parking was in a nearby parking deck. Unfortunately it was very expensive due to the weekend festivities. I would recommend checking prices and other options before arriving. I highly recommend this place for a larger group.

Good location but loud

Very centralized location with lots of walkable places and the place was well decorated. It's above the Alley Cat Lounge (bar) in the basement. The issue was that the people would hang out in the alley and hoot/holler so it got really loud into the late hours. Plus the smoke travelled up into the unit. We came here to do the Savannah Half Marathon last weekend, so the sleep situation was unfortunate especially as the bottom room bed was really hard and not comfortable at all. The amenities were good otherwise. No paper towels provided for general clean up so we picked some up from the store. The Wifi on the fridge is the right info. The info on the site/app and book was incorrect.

Location, location, location

We loved staying here! The location was great, very clean, plenty of towels for everyone, etc. The local bar next door (Alley Cat Lounge) even had a welcome kit waiting on the door step when we arrived! With never visiting Savannah before, I feel we got very lucky with our location and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Loft & Location

Came as a group of 6 for a bachelorette party and it was amazing!! Amazing loft, perfect location, comfortable beds and huge common area for hanging out. Limited amenities in the kitchen (no toaster, no bottle opener, etc.), but still one of my favorite rentals I've ever stayed in. If it's available, book it!!
