  • Located in the National Landmark Historic District, Up to four Lucky guests will enjoy Rainbow Row at Washington Square. Guests can live like a local being steps from Historic River Street, and having impressive amenities such as a private courtyard with a koi pond, and dedicated parking space.

    Enter into your slice of Southern charm, where you'll find a sitting room and living room with ample seating on the first floor. In the morning, open the sliding glass door to the private patio and enjoy the sounds of the fountain streaming. At the end of the day, catch up in your new gathering spot as you wind down for the night in the living room, fitted with a flat screen television.

    Whether you are dining out, or preparing a home cooked meal, take advantage of having a dedicated dining space for four Lucky guests. The galley style kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and dark espresso cabinetry.

    Upstairs, guests will find their two private suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer a queen size bed, and a designated reading space for those rainy Savannah afternoons. Each ensuite offers a shower and tub combination, with plenty of room to get ready for your day out on the town.

We had a great stay. The house and location was exactly as depicted. Cute, historic home. The bedrooms, including the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect! Walking distance to river street, city market and lots of great restaurants and bars. The courtyard in back was so nice for morning coffee, etc. check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and perfect for our small family. It was a great location to a lot of the restaurants and shops. The parking in the back was much needed.
