Modern Meets Historic at Forsyth

  • Newly renovated, modern three bedroom, one bath apartment walking distance to all of Savannah's Historic District attractions. As a bonus, we have a Starbucks right across the street! Even better, there is a full-service Kroger there too!
    The space
    Our charming upstairs apartment is newly renovated and has three bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, and a full bath. Features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen with gas stove, and midcentury modern décor. Enjoy Savannah's amazing weather on the front porch. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, stone countertops, seating for six, and everything you need to cook a meal for family and friends. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third is a full size bed. A full size sleeper sofa is in the living area.

    Guests have sole access to the whole apartment and shared front porch.
    Other things to note
    The parking area is shared with the downstairs. So please do not block in the other car(s). Dogs are permitted with a one time $75 pet fee.

    Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Historic Downtown Savannah, a neighborhood in Savannah. Georgia State Railroad Museum and Charleston savannah shoe co are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit River Street and Abercorn Street. Traveling with kids? Great stay near Forsyth

The house was perfect for the 5 of us and in a perfect location near the park. The house itself was very pretty and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay!

My husband, our two dogs, and I stayed at this location for over two weeks. The property owner is incredibly responsive and kind, the Kroger is literally across the street, the neighborhood is super cute and conveniently located, and the unit itself has such charm and is very comfortable! We’ll definitely be back!

All good A few blinds need to be replace. 8 dollars at Lowe’s and home depot. The remotes for ceiling fans need to be re sinked. While towels and lines were clean maybe try bleach and smell good fabric soft scents.
