Can not fully describe how wonderful our stay with Francis and Emerson was. The house itself, well situated in Savannah proper, allowed for walking access to all the best restaurants along river street, quick trips to Forsyth park, or even nightly excursions to Leopold’s famous ice cream. Furthermore, the spacious king-sized rooms and wonderful back courtyard gave our vacation the sense of comfort and homeliness we were looking for.As far as the hosts, Francis and Emerson kept us well informed on all the best activities and restaurants during our stay so much so that it felt like having a tour guide of our own. They even kept us up to date on check-in and check-out procedures to ensure no confusion when entering/exiting the house.Again, felt extremely at home with this stay and I owe it to our wonderful hosts, Francis and Emerson. If you want to stay in Savannah and walk the Spanish moss lined streets, have a day trip to Tybee, or just hang out in a historic building all day, look no further than this property.

This home was absolutely perfect for our Girls Weekend in Savannah! The house is beautifully set up with 3 spacious bedrooms — each with a king-sized bed — and 3 full bathrooms, which made getting ready so easy for all of us. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere, and definitely got our steps in while exploring the area!The neighborhood is stunning — full of charm and character — and we loved spending time in the gorgeous outdoor space to relax between outings. Francis and Emerson were wonderful hosts and made everything feel seamless.We would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend!

Shampoo and conditioner aren't provided nor any other mini extras such as toothpaste. The parking was really tight and thw cars were left with a layer of very sticky sap all over. We werent made aware that that would be an issue.

Finally, a VRBO that not only met expectations, but EXCEEDED them. Beautiful home, well-decorated, comfortable in every way. Best street in town. Did not move cars during stay. Wonderful walks and occasional Ubers. Owners missed nothing on this place and provided superb suggestions. Clary's for breakfast is less than a block....unbelievable. What a delight!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully maintained historic home on picturesque Jones St. It is located in a lovely residential area, walkable to everything. Communication with the owner was excellent. She provided a lot of helpful information and dining recommendations. If you want a true Savannah experience, this checks all the boxes!

Lovely Home on a Lovely Street

We had THE best time staying in Savannah! This beautiful home on the famously titled “Prettiest Street in America” was the cherry on top of the icing! This home is cozy and very clean. The courtyard is absolutely stunning. Jones Street is such a beautiful street and within walking range to all the various squares in Savannah, Forsythe Park, and River Street! There is a wonderful, little cafe two blocks down from the apartment. We had a massive breakfast there, and then enjoyed browsing through old books at a quaint bookstore across the street from the restaurant. We had tons of room for 6 people living in the apartment for several days. Well stocked with toilet paper, kitchen ware, towels, etc. It is also dog friendly. My two little Dachshunds seemed comfortable in the apartment and also enjoyed walking the streets in beautiful Savannah. On our last day, we drive to Tybee Island, which was less than 30 minutes away from our apartment. When we got home we used the washer/dryer to clean clothes. Detergent and laundry sheets were readily available. Our host, Francis, stayed in touch regularly. We also met Emerson, a very friendly gentleman:) I plan to come back for future stays here at this location. 3 days in Savannah is not enough:) So grateful I found this gem:) Highly recommend!

beautiful home. perfectly located to everything, 20 - 25 min walk to riverfront area. 20 min walk to forsythe park. numerous restaurants in neighborhood. great parking out back (1 ford explorer and 1 smaller veh fit) 2 ford edges will fit but tight). owner great communicator gives numerous excellent suggestions on dining and things to see. all bedrooms great size and comfy matresses. 1st floor bath smaller but very usable, 2 upstairs baths large. kitchen has everything you need, smaller fridge but holds a bage of ice and plenty of room for food. would rent again anything this person owns. highly recommend

Beautiful Savannah home in perfect location

We loved our stay in this beautiful home located in the heart of the historic district. The home is located on one of the most recognized street in Savannah, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, parks and many historic sites. The home has been updated with modern amenities combined with historic details. It was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen, bath and bedding supplies. The private garden with fountain was a wonderful place to relax with family. The host was very responsive and could not have been more accommodating. I look forward to staying in this home the next time we visit Savannah.

Couples Savannah Trip

Wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better location. We preplanned our excursions and all the places we wanted to go and do beforehand. Everything was within a 20 minute walk from the home which is critical because the parking at all the locations would have been extremely difficult. All 3 couples have nothing but good to say about the residence.

A Perfect Place in the South Historic District

Our stay was perfect in every way. Three couples shared three king bedrooms and three baths in one of the lovliest neighborhoods in Savannah. The neighborhood is quiet, the streets are tree-lined and hung with Spanish moss. Parking was never a problem. The house is nicely appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the courtyard during the afternoons and played games at the kitchen table each evening. Francis and Emerson hit a perfect balance between history and comfort in their place without sacrificing either. They were also attentive to be certain we had everything we needed. We will defiitely return.
