Huge 5 bed, 5 bath in Historic Downtown Savannah

This home is huge! It`s a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beauty with a sprawling porch and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. The house is recently renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah.

4 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is very large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a huge sectional couch, so it`s great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and 2 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs.

We aren`t on property, but we are always available if needed.

Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by.

The house is right on the route of the free shuttle.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy homes. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules.

- Please try to do your best to have no shoes within the house.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use

- PARKING: We provide 2 parking spots in the back. For any additional parking please use the street parking. Please do not park in the other units. parking spots.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- Please do not rearrange our furniture.

- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- Lastly, because this is an Short Term Rental community, not a hotel. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

The house was fine. The main room is much smaller than it appears in the picture. Only 1 TV in the whole house, which, with kids, was a little rough. The door to the room at the top of the steps did not have a doorknob when we arrived. We were not notified. My nephew got stuck in the room. They came several days later to repair it. Also, the bed is broken. Completely uncomfortable. Both of these issues were listed previously in the reviews. I was told the house is going to undergo renovations. They were aware of the bed issues and are still charging top dollar. Replacing a broken bed is not that expensive. I was informed that they were replacing the bed the day after we left, after I let them know I was aware of the previous reviews about the bed, and despite them doing repairs on the house, they should have replaced it if they were still renting the house.

There was no water for about the first two hours of the stay, but after several messages with the owner, water was restored. Also, the grill needs maintenance, as the starter was burned out. However, the kitchen was wonderful, and all other amenities were top notch.

Could not watch world series as the tv channels did not allow. 2 mattress need replacedfirst fl front. 2nd fl top of stairs. glass door handles fall off. grout on1st floor shower raised and is a cut hazard towel rack missing in one bath and toilet paper bar missing in another. on second thought it should only be a 2 star.

Didn't use balcony. Front upstairs bedroom had loose ready to fall off door knob set in bathroom access door. Front upstairs bathroom shower had non adjustable shower head that made it hard to move shower stream. Back upstairs bed needs to switch out sagging way-too-soft mattress for a much firmer style. Main floor middle bedroom bathroom shower never received hot water even though there was adequate hot water everywhere else in the house. It was a great location and alright facility. I wouldn't have young children as the stairs might be a problem and elders with mobility problems couldn't access the upstairs kitchen and family room area easily. It wasn't the best place I've ever stayed and not the worse. A little above average.

The house is solid in terms of size and location. Beds are a bit hard and i like a firm bed. I explicitely asked the owner if they had propane ahead of time--they told me yes and we didnt get new propane for like 5 hours after I asked. So could not grill. A bunch of small doorways we hit heads on. Kitchen is a bit rough but gets the job done. AC worked well so that was a big plus. The house is pretty solid overall even with some issues. Two blow up mattresses were nice but not enough pillows/sheets for them probably.

Great stay, perfect location

We stayed here this week for 3 nights, me and my extended family total of 8. The space was more than enough to spread out. Loved that 4 out of 5 bedrooms had bathrooms attached. They all held the hot water for the entire time. A nice touch of added shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in every bathroom. The kitchen had a decent selection of pots and pans. A nice add on of a spice rack was appreciated. The location was perfect for us to walk to the park and restaurants.

The house was great. The property manager provided all the necessary items for a nice stay. However, there needs to be a deep clean done on the house. Under all the beds, there was dust and dirt. The cabinet door by the dishwasher was broken, causing issues with opening and closing the dishwasher. Additionally, there was no broom or vacuum to clean up after a spin.

Great location!

Historic Home in a perfect location next to Forsyth Park. Group of 5 Ladies each with our own Bedroom and Bath. Housekeeping just needs to clean under the beds!

Great location, good for groups but some gaps in furnishings

The location of this property was fantastic. Right by Forsyth Park and blocks from the free shuttle to the historic district. There are restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. We appreciated the reserved parking spot in the back but the latch on the rear gate was bent, so we had to go in through the front door and open it from the inside. I believe this has been fixed. The house was pretty clean apart from some dust bunnies and things under the beds. The living area/kitchen was comfortable and we loved having the balcony to sit out on. The kitchen cabinets could use some TLC. Don't plan on cooking here: there are tons of pots and pans, but no mixing or serving bowls or measuring cups. There were only 2 drinking glasses, but enough wine glasses for an army. Luckily, there is a Kroger a couple of blocks away where you can fill in what is missing. Overall, this property was a great base for our exploration of Savannah.

Celebrating sons wedding

We arrived and had no problem getting in with the code provided. Had a question at 10:00 at night and the owner responded very quickly and resolved the issue. Very clean. Could use more portable fans for those hot natured guests. Location is great although a bit of a hike 1 1/2 mile to get to River street. Ate at Clare’s for breakfast and it was outstanding! Balcony is great to drink coffee or cocktails with plenty of chairs. Bedrooms are big with big beds and very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Two A/C units on the two separate floors. Good use of small spaces in living room/ kitchen. Overall was a perfect place for our group to stay.

Family trip

The property is located in a wonderful location. It is close to the grocery store, across the street from Forsyth Park and close to the historic district. The beds were very comfortable and enough space for a family of five with three teenage boys. The house does need a few repairs and the bathtub needs attention. Other than that, a great location and stay.

Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Older home needs some updates. Kitchen on second floor with just steps to get there. Close to transportation and the Park. Does not have bunk bed. All are king or queen. No problem getting into home and parking available on street.

Savannah Overnight Trip

We visited the City Market area during the day and wanted to stay near Forsyth Park. This house was in the perfect location. After we checked in, we walked over to the park to enjoy its beauty and take pictures at the fountain. The house was a perfect size for our group and was very comfortable.
