    Esta propiedad está ubicada en un área única de Savannah que me gusta llamar "Brunch Central", por lo que es una propiedad fabulosa para aquellos que planean cenar y experimentar la escena gastronómica de Savannah. Estamos atrapados entre Fox & Fig, J Christophers, Hitch & Clarys de la famosa Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil. Echa un vistazo a sus reseñas de Trip Advisor para planificar el brunch con anticipación. ¡Tenemos una cocina recientemente actualizada con refrigerador de tamaño completo, estufa, lavaplatos y despensa si planeas quedarte en la cocina!

    3 habitaciones privadas son cada una única. Las dos King Suites son muy amplias y la suite Queen Bedroom es un poco más cómoda. Todas las habitaciones tienen colchones viscoelásticos y acceso al baño central. 1 suite king tiene un diván, chimenea y armario de tamaño completo con vistas a la plaza Troup. La habitación Middle King tiene un antiguo sofá de terciopelo rojo y está junto a la sala de estar.

    El baño completo tiene un tocador único con 3 cajones, y un lavabo separado permite que dos se preparen al mismo tiempo. Lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo se encuentra en el baño.

    Los lugareños cruzan la calle los fines de semana y las noches en bicicleta. Esta área residencial es una joya, ya que es más tranquila que el distrito histórico central, pero aún puede pasear por las calles con un Contenedor Abierto de su bebida favorita para adultos y ¡es perfectamente legal!

    Desde las habitaciones, mirarás el cielo y las ramas mágicas de roble cubiertas de musgo español. Hay un porche en la parte de atrás. Nuevas camas de espuma viscoelástica: 2 camas King Size y una cama Queen para una sola o pareja más Smart TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar. ¡Wifi, Smart TV para transmitir tu Netflix / Hulu / Amazon Prime, estacionamiento en la calle, 1 porche y más en lo que muchos dicen que es su "casa favorita en Savannah"! Tarifas semanales y mensuales disponibles también.

    A pesar de que hay ventanas por todas partes, hay cortinas hasta el piso que puedes usar si lo deseas, pero honestamente, nadie puede ver porque estás en los árboles. ¡Animo a que entre la luz!

    Las pequeñas áreas que se ven en el porche de las habitaciones * fuera de las ventanas * no son para que los huéspedes puedan entrar. Son los techos de las ventanas saledizas de la planta baja y no son seguros para caminar, así que no salgas por encima de las ventanas de abajo.

Girl’s trip

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a reunion of sorts between friends. We loved all the eateries and things to see and do within walking distance from the vacation rental. It was a great place to stay and very comfortable as well. We will definitely be back!

Cute little place. Everything went pretty well. The one bathroom is very small and the shower is almost unusable because of its size. Otherwise a great stay.

Wonderful Place

Great communication from the point of reservation to check in. It was a very easy process and the property manager was great to work with. The property was very clean and ready for our arrival.Great little deli next door that was so convenient and great breakfast and lunch. Parking was never an issue.

Beautiful property

We came into town from Australia for a conference. The property was absolutely perfect. The beds are super comfy and it just felt very homey !! Downstairs there is a deli which we had coffee and breakfast from each day called Urban Deli. Savannah is a lovely town

bright and cheery spot in perfect location

Great location with a short walk to downtown stores and restaurants. We loved being able to grab our morning coffee at the restaurant downstairs. We also enjoyed having all the bedrooms on the same floor and close by where our group of six could easily get ready together and hang out. One item I recommend are blackout curtains for those wanting to sleep in a bit in the morning. Overall would recommend!

Historic home, awesome location

Perfect location for restaurants, bars, shops without being right on top of the chaos. Beautiful square directly in front of the home. Awesome breakfast/lunch spot Urban Deli right downstairs. Historic home with a lot of charm. Only two issues were the Friday night street noise but it only bothered the light sleepers in the house (would not deter me from booking again). The other was the bathroom situation - it’s possible I just missed this in the description of the property but neither of the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms. They are next to each other more off of the main living area. One is smaller than the other so we all mostly shared the larger bathroom. Also would not deter me from staying again. Overall very happy, simply wanting to point things out in case others find it helpful.

We had a Great Stay

The property was clean and tidy. We loved how conveniently located it was. We were able to walk anywhere (River Walk, City Market, etc) within 10-15 minutes. The coffee shop/restaurant downstairs was super convenient. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet.Jenny is a superb host. The communication was great right from the very beginning. She provided very useful information and was quick to respond to all inquiries. The second bathroom was super tiny and of limited use. The kitchen is also very small. But we ate all of our meals out so really only needed to make coffee in the morning. Anyone needing much more than that might have a challenge. The house could probably use a bit of a refresher. Peeling paint on ceiling, curtains have seen better days, etc. But overall, those are minor issues. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Great Savannah Historic Rental

We stayed in this Historic Mayor's home and absolutely loved it. The home was so quaint and clean and if only those walls could talk. In the past we had always stayed at one of the riverfront hotels but this time me, my wife, son and my sister opted to rent a home. The home had 3 bedrooms and fit us all comfortably. It appeared the home had been recently renovated and everything was so bright and fresh. The kitchen was small but we ate out every meal and it didn't matter. There was a cute patio off the kitchen and it was nice to sit there and decompress. The neighborhood was quiet but you could hear people laughing and talking from the nearby coffee shops. We had zero problem finding parking directly out in front of the house. The communication with the owner/operator was so quick and friendly - Thanks Jenny and Michelle! A really top notch property with owners that want to deliver a 5 star experience. Highly recommend. TY Again!

Fantastic Location, but Dirty Property

Let me preface this by saying that the property is in a wonderful location, but with that said the property was no where near up to my standards. It was one of the dirtiest properties I have ever stayed in. There were brown mop streaks all over the main bathroom floor. The rugs in the property are so dirty that they feel like an unclean chalk board. The shower, toilet, and sinks were not great, but they were ok. In the hosts defense, I did not ask to get the cleaners back in the property, so they did not have a chance to rectify the situation. That is because once I am in a property I don't want the cleaners coming back in. That should be taken care of prior to my arrival. We also weren't able to use the back porch of the property because of a large wasp nest, and the main light in the main bathroom was non-functional. The property is also a historic property that wasn't renovated in a way that I found acceptable. As an example, there is a leak behind a wall to the point that the wall is soft, discolored, and bowing out. There are rusted vents, gaps in doors and moldings so large insects can walk right though without issue. The painted floor is peeling up, ceiling pieces coming down, door knobs falling out of holes as well as curtain rods falling down because they aren't properly secured. I booked this property because of all of the wonderful reviews about how clean the property was, and that simply wasn't my experience.

Excellent location

The property is beautiful, well- managed, and was perfect for our son’s wedding weekend stay! The host was great.

Girls Getaway

Overall experience of house was good. Location, size, communication, cleanliness were all great. I would stay here again, knowing a few things (bring soap, shampoo, etc, which I feel is fine but some in our party stayed in places that provided that). It is pretty neat to stay in such a historic place. The architecture and history are beautiful. Knowing that it is historic, there is a downside…the windows are beautiful and very large, but have no black out curtains. This means you are up when the sun is up. Not a big deal for us but if you plan to sleep in bring an eye mask. The road noise is more than I am used to. However, from my understanding this location is not near as loud as near the River. Also note that the coffee shop just below does not open until 9, so pack your morning coffee, or head out to one of the other coffee shops (about 5 minute walk). Again, I would stay again with these things in mind).

One of the best stays!

After a frustrating change of plans with the friends we had planned to stay with, Jenny was an amazing host and really helped me figure out our best options for our visit. It ended up being a wonderful little vacation. The home is in the perfect location, across the street from one of the squares and walking distance to all you want to see in Savannah. I can’t say enough! There’s a cute cafe downstairs where we got coffee and snacks. The beds were some of the most comfortable ones we’ve slept on and the interior is so charming and homey. We will for sure be coming back!

Good Savannah location

Beautiful flat. Nice location. Had everything a family of 6 adults needed.
