One of our units located on the ever-popular Broughton Street is Above Broughton St 3015B. This is a cozy loft with one bedroom and one bathroom over 577 square feet. It includes sleeping room for a total of four guests. Like all of our vacation rentals Savannah GA, it comes with a host of great amenities, such as a king bed, flatscreen TVs, gourmet kitchen, and an excellent location. Come home to our Savannah vacation rentals that are walk-in ready. All homes are fully furnished with a mixture of traditional and modern decor.

This property welcomes you in with a cozy living room. A plush sofa, area rug, wood floor and a large flatscreen are all in this room. You can sit down and relax in front of a show after a long day of exploring Savannah. Immediately adjacent is the gourmet kitchen, which is outfitted with fully modern appliances, including a stove, microwave and coffee maker. A stylish bar is included in this open floorplan, and it has a sink and four stools. The main bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, and the property also includes laundry machines to make extended stays more convenient. This property also includes an air mattress for that additional sleeping room.

One of the best things about our Savannah vacation homes is how you can simply walk outside your door and immediately be a part of the downtown action. Even though the modern kitchens in our rentals give you the flexibility of cooking in, there are always nearby restaurants as well. This property is close to VinnieVanGoGo's casual pizza joint and beer, Bella Napoli Italian Bistro, The Olde Pink House and the Grey. The latter two restaurants are famous spots in Savannah serving delicious Southern fare.

Walking the streets of Savannah is typically the best way to get around, but you can also enlist the services of the Chatham Area Transit in the downtown area, or you can hop on a tour. Tour options in Savannah are seemingly endless, but one of the top tours is the Old Town Trolley Tour, which has several stops throughout the downtown. Themed tours are very popular, particularly ghost tours, since Savannah is known for its interesting haunts.

Forsyth Park, River Street and Colonial Park Cemetery are arguably the top spots for tourists. Those interested in the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil franchise can also stop at the Mercer-Williams House and Museum for tours. Of course, Forsyth Park also played a part in the book and movie. River Street is worth an entire day by itself. This historic riverfront concourse was once just a huge storage area for goods coming through the port. However, it was renovated, and old warehouses were turned into the current homes of restaurants, shops and galleries. You can walk the entire concourse, watch ships come into the port, or hop on a charter, or riverboat tour out onto the river.

It's hard to run out of things to do near our Savannah vacation homes. If you get tired of exploring the downtown area, it's only a quick half hour drive to Tybee Island and the warm Atlantic beaches. Tybee Island is a popular destination for our Savannah guests, and it's easy to see why. Spend a day lounging on the beach, or visit the lighthouse at the north end of the island, or book a charter to explore the waters, watch dolphins, or catch fish. The activities on Tybee Island are almost as endless as Savannah itself. Atlantic beaches are located on the east side of the island, and the river beaches are located on the west side.

Heated Pool Access
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the South End of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties, it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.
Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Occupancy
City of Savannah Code of Ordinances, Division II, Part 8, Chapter 3 (Zoning), Article 8.0, Section 8.4.37(b) – Short-Term Vacation Rental Use Standards: Occupants shall not exceed four adults for dwelling units with no more than two bedrooms. For dwelling units with three or more bedrooms, the number shall not exceed two adults per bedroom.
