If you're planning a trip to Savannah, Georgia, and want to immerse yourself in the city's antebellum charm, do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Broughton Street House. Located in the east end of the north Historic District, a few blocks from the riverfront, this charming vacation home epitomizes Southern grace and elegance. With a three-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom carriage house, this property sleeps up to 12 people and includes a quaint courtyard between the buildings. Two garage parking spaces make it easy and convenient to explore the city by foot or via car. The garage is accessed via the alleyway, and larger vehicles may find it difficult to make the turn into the space. Mid-size and smaller cars are recommended for easier access.

About the Property
Broughton Street House is located on Broughton Street, east of Price Street, and it's just a few blocks south of River Street dining and entertainment. The main house includes three bedrooms, 2 with king-sized beds and 1 with a queen-sized bed, a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a full kitchen and a dining room. The carriage house, which is also included when you book this property, includes one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a leather sleeper sofa, one full bathroom, a full kitchen and a dining table with seating for up to four.

This classic Savannah home features elegant styling throughout. You're sure to be charmed by the refined interior décor, which includes lots of colorful oriental rugs, ornately accented wall hangings and mirrors, glittering chandeliers, solid wood furniture and upscale fixtures and finishes. Four-poster beds and other antique-style furniture are joined by modern touches, including Wi-Fi connectivity, satellite and cable TV and first-rate stainless steel kitchen appliances. The property also includes a washer and dryer so that you can take care of everything for the whole family right on site. The refined dining room in the main house is a beautiful place to gather for memorable meals.

Guests of this property also enjoy access to a heated, resort-style swimming pool at 19 Silver Avenue on Tybee Avenue. From March 1st through October 31st, the pool is open seven days per week from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. From November 1st through February 28th, it is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
