I feel this property was greatly misrepresented. We realized this is a very inappropriate accommodation for anyone elderly, unsteady, or handicapped. Photos of how many levels this was on was omitted. No rails on majority of stairs. Windows on main floor were not covered in privacy blinds per the listing, they were covered in a long sheet of office paper, with a paper clip if you wanted to fold up the blinds and clip in the center. No strings to open blinds, and this is a lovely part of town. It feels like a box. Railings were absent and the floors are warped. Kitchen is solely under provisioned, no cutting board (we used a cookie sheet). Cabinet doors are grimey Our nonstick pans were scratched beyond use and filled with mouse droppings. The dishwasher door was broken and hyper extended to the floor, so if you pull the dish rack out...it keeps on going and will crash to the floor. The detergent tray in the washer can't be opened because the door jam blocks it. I fell down the stairs the first morning and reached out to the property manager. They were really responsive. It's the reason this property isn't getting a one star review. They did dispatch someone on the first morning and they installed a railing on the stretch I fell down and I was super thankful. They responded quickly to the mouse droppings in my cookware, I had to ask for a dish brush. The apt is awful though. I would advise caution on this place. No way I expected these conditions for 3K/wk.
