Welcome to the Eclectic Abode. Tucked away just steps from Forsyth Park, this one-of-a-kind apartment provides the eclectic experience you desire in Savannah. The apartment has one bedroom and a futon bed, welcoming up to four guests. The Abode is a perfect place to hang out with a full kitchen, living room, and private deck, all accented by funky fun colors and vibrant patterns. Just a three-minute walk to Forsyth Park and surrounded by eats, treats, and things to do.

The Space:
Prepare to be immersed in a world of funky colors that ignite your senses and leave a lasting impression. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a kaleidoscope of hues that dance harmoniously through the entire house. From vibrant lime green in the living room to a soothing blue in the bathroom, combined with bold patterns and playful accents, you will truly enjoy the unique experience the Abode provides.
As a second-floor apartment, enter the building through the red front door and head upstairs. Inside, step into a small hall that connects the entire unit. To the right, step into a large living room with a comfortable futon sofa, pull-out twin lounge chair, and smart TV above a floral tiled fireplace. Vibrant lime green makes this room a splash of fun that feels like Savannah.
The galley kitchen connects directly to the living room with a window framed bar top and side door. In the kitchen, find everything you need to cook. Pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and small appliances are all available to make cooking during your stay simple and relaxing. Lastly, in the galley kitchen, find a stackable washer and dryer for your use.
The apartment's sizeable ensuite bedroom is across from the living and kitchen spaces. The large bedroom features a deep green with abundant natural light creating a relaxing environment. The room is outfitted with a new queen mattress with crisp linens, an original fireplace, a dresser, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace perfect for working remotely during your stay.
To the back left of the bedroom, find the unit's full bathroom and access to the private deck. Enjoy a soothing blue hue in the bathroom, a stained glass window, a shower/tub combination, and a single vanity. The bathroom is outfitted with all essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.
On the deck, enjoy a banquet table set perfect for an evening cocktail enjoying the Savannah breeze.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is for your use. You may enjoy the rear balcony at your convenience. We encourage a nice cup of coffee in the morning or maybe a little night cap, just please be courteous of your surroundings/neighbors. The City of Savannah Noise Restriction Ordinance begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.

The Neighborhood:
The Abode is ideally situated just one block west of Forsyth Park on Park Ave W. Enjoy easy walks to fantastic dining like Collins Quarter at Forsyth. Grab a coffee right in the neighborhood at the Sentient Bean. Pick up some tremendous BBQ to go at Saqib’s BBQ Emporium, or grab a drink at The Black Rabbit—all just minutes from the apartment.
Ready to explore outside of just the neighborhood? Spice up your nightlife by heading to Molly MacPherson’s Scottish pub for that perfect pint, or check out Congress Street Social Club, where you can enjoy live music, sports, and billiards.
Take in the true essence of Savannah by stopping by the City Market, an 18th-century open-air market that has existed in Savannah since the 1700s. Enjoy four blocks of restaurants, shops, and more! Once there, head just a few blocks to enjoy the famous Savannah Riverwalk.
Experience the incredible history of Savannah by stopping by the Telfair Academy, an elegant, long-standing art museum, The American Prohibition Museum, Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, and many more, all just a short walk from the apartment.
Want to take it all in at once while riding or biking? We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Barnard and Park stop just a 1-minute walk from the loft. Try out the Savannah Belles Ferries to see the beautiful skyline of Savannah from the riverfront, with a stop right at the riverfront.

Getting Around:
There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (The DOT Shuttle) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to the top of Forsyth (only a block away) it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).

Other Things to Note:
Our condo is on the third floor, you will need to walk two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.
We allow up to one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 35 pounds and the one-time fee is $100 per pet and must be paid separately before checking in.
The lounge chair in the living room extends/converts to a twin bed (linens in the coffee table).
Absolutely no parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your property.
