A great stay

We stayed one night . This place was very clean. The property manager was able to let us check in an hour early. They had a gift in each room. Also a bottle of wine. . This was a very nice stay.

Short Stay In Savanah

I wasn't ready for the steep stairway leading to the bedrooms. The living room furniture was not as advertised oncline and the downstairs floor was warped. The place was conveniently located to River Street. Overall, my cousin and I had an alright stay.

Was just fine for what we needed

This property is a short Uber or Lyft to downtown, which is where we spent all of our time. It worked well for our party who needed a place to get ready and crash after the end of the night. It’s not really conducive to hanging out and spending time in, but the beauty of Savannah is exploring so it’s not a huge deal. There’s nowhere to really walk in the vicinity for coffee or lunch that feels safe but this was listed in other reviews so we were aware. The one suggestion I’d give is to adjust the common areas support the number of guests allowed. For example, the property is listed for 8, but there are only 5 kitchen chairs. Hosts were super communicative and entry was easy. Cleaning fees are high but there was no expectation for us to do much which was a plus! Would book again for a similar occasion.

Savannah weekend

The property was clean and had all necessities. We didn't utilize the home much as we were out enjoying the city and its delicious food & friendly people (and ghosts). The shower curtain fell during the night & woke us all. We think it was a ghost!

Awesome stay!!!

The house was pretty awesome and true to the internet pics inside but outside needed a little TLC. Just a little paint, edging and pruning of the landscape to make it more inviting. I was skeptical when pulling up to the property but soon felt relief with a quick response from the property manager and a friendly neighbor across the street. Yes parking was plentiful with the help of the neighbors. Overall it was perfect for a perfect weekend!!!!
