Property said pool was opened from given times yet pool was extremely green. Unable to swim. Half the lights in our room didn’t work. Blow dryer didn’t work neither did our TV. There was a nasty mold smell coming from our room as well.

The pictures are NOT what it is in reality. Nobody came for housekeeping had to go to front desk every night and ask for towels, toiletry, etc. garbage is everywhere and this is not bc they are doing construction. Back door is open which is scary if you have children. Noisy neighbors screaming at 1 am. Very scary. Pool is dirty and looks like algae not what is in the pictures. Microwave did not work. Very noisy ac. Overall no I will not be staying here again.

Pool was warm very peaceful and staff not to bad but place was under construction and four rooms later I got to a room that was clean first room was mold and second room ac didn’t work and sink stopped up and third room water leaking from the ground and more mold finally the handicap room is what we had to settle in during our stay for the jr Olympics due to all suites bought up for the next two years by others just not like internet looked

The property is under construction so it’s so dirty. The front desk staff didn’t even wear a property uniform, but she wore a regular T-shirt. She was not professional at all. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes because someone was in front of me. Then while helping that person, she got a phone call to book a room, instead of putting the phone on hold to help that person in front of me, she helped someone on the phone to fully book their room. I had to wait longer because of that. There was only 1 person at front desk. Then when it’s my turn to check-in. She didn’t even smile or being friend, but instead being rude when I asked about breakfast time and area. The property is so inconvenient because there is no inside hallway to walk to my room, which is at the end of the other side of the front desk. I drove out with my car to my room. The room is super dirty with construction dust everywhere. The carpet on the hallway is extremely dirty with so many stain spots. I would never come back again !

There was too much construction right in the area of the rooms and we had to step over construction materials with our bags to get to the room. The bottom of the walls in the room and the bedskirts had hairy mold on them. (I have pictures) We asked for a refund at the front desk and went to another hotel. I was told they couldn't reach the appropriate department and would handle it next day. I never received the refund or any communication.

I knew from others reviews the place was under construction but they said the rooms were clean so I decided to give it a shot the rooms are relatively clean. doing some good work but not paying attention to the details detracts from the work. While I was checking in the lady started helping someone who just walked up to her. She didn't say excuse me or anything. The hallways have not been repaired yet. The carpet is disgusting. The outside doors are propped open so anyone can enter the premise. There is a strange man walking around the parking lot and he decided to lean against my car with his foot on my car. He stayed there for several minutes until I set off the alarm. I complained to the front desk, their only response was thank you for bringing this to our attention your car is perfectly safe. Nobody bothered to go and walk the property or anything. Also I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. There was a guy in the little room off the front desk making all kinds of noise but even though I kept saying hello he would not come out of the room. After the guy messing with my car and the doors all propped open I am a little bit concerned about safety. There's lots of noise in the hall. I'm not sure I think it's coming from the night construction.

I was here for 6days on the first night I went a spoke with the front desk about the toilet running all night and floor flooded. She said someone will be by. No one came. The next morning I called for someone before heading to work and she said someone will come. I get back no one there to fix it. As I came back to the front to complain she said I guy came to the room upon going back to the room the whole room and hallway was flooded. The front desk person came in and said sorry you have to stay in this for three days. Ten decided to give another room. The second room sheets were dirty and guests lives there was fighting in hallway and scream all night. Don’t do it if you need peace and relax.

It was okay! I didn’t like the renovation on the property and it was too noisy. But the room was nice and clean, comfortable. When they get done with the renovation I will come back.

Doesn't deserve even one star. I had a disturbing and unsafe experience during my stay at this motel in Pooler, GA. The property is under construction, but it’s being managed in a way that puts guests at risk. There was visible mold in my room, and the musty air made me feel sick. I’ve been dealing with stress and physical symptoms ever since. Debris and trash were scattered all over the property, both inside and outside. Glass shower doors were propped up against the walls near rooms, and a large hole was cut in the upstairs floor, completely exposed to the outside through a missing window. There were no safety barriers or warnings in place — a serious hazard. Construction noise began early each morning, and to make matters worse, one of the remodeling workers tried to enter my room while I was sleeping. That was extremely frightening and completely unacceptable. This property is not safe, not clean, and not guest-ready. I would never recommend staying here until major safety and health improvements are made. Guests deserve to feel protected, respected, and comfortable — and this motel failed on every level.
