This idyllic three-bedroom, two-bathroom house sits just 10 minutes' drive from downtown Savannah and 20 minutes from Tybee Island.

Our delightful historic home is nestled right between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach. We lovingly restored this Southern classic (built in 1901) with its original hardwood floors and sky-high ceilings.

As you enter from the sweet front porch (a staple for any Savannah house!), you'll open the door to a gracious sitting room. Hang up your coat (or your beach towel), put a record on, and sit a spell. We encourage all kinds of cooking in the full kitchen, be it fried chicken or biscuits and gravy. We've supplied all the essential equipment, you bring the ingredients and some imagination.

You'll discover three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queens, and two full bathrooms. We especially love our cozy writing nook, with desk and comfy chair for all your remote work needs.

The home features a washer and dryer, TV with access to streaming (no cable), and ample linens and toiletries.

The Wi-Fi is quick and easy to access. Powerful A/C greets you after those sunny Tybee excursions.

The house is on the same property as another short-term listing, which sits about 65 feet behind it, but there are no shared spaces between the two.
