Notes: Dogs pay a $50 per dog, per night fee. No early check-in or late check-out available due to our cleaning schedule. No parties or celebrations without prior coordination with the host and a venue fee.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, and the driveway. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details. Please do not park on the street or the grass.



*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space be treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Celebrations and events are not allowed without prior coordination with the host and paying a venue fee.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Pointe North neighborhood on Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors.



Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.



While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony.



The neighborhood is close to the highway, but you will barely hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!



There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (15-min).



You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.



You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.



There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately five minutes from the house.



In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.



Other Things to Note:

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!



Interaction with Guests:

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night.



You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!



You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon on the day of your arrival. We encourage you to visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.



You can park up to three cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or the grass.



The space is up to 30-lbs dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.

Check in and check out were very easy. Location was convenient to both the coast and downtown Savannah. Quiet neighborhood and clean. Made some minor suggestions (curtains or blinds in the upstairs bathroom, adding plastic shower curtain liners as the fabric soaked through to the bathroom floors, and checking the dryer as it wasn't drying properly for us).
