Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

CONSTRUCTION AND LOTS OF STAIRS

The place was very nice and the location was great. Unfortunately they scheduled a roof replacement during our stay and didn’t tell us. We got woken up every morning around 7:30am.. it was suppose to be just 2 days, then 3, but showed up all 4 mornings we were there. Also, this is a 4th floor apartment. From outside up to the room, there are 56 stairs. Great excercise. We did get a small credit, but felt it should have been more for the extreme noise of a roof replacement…

Great stay

This was a wonderful property for our stay in Savannah. The beds were comfortable as was the great room. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were very nice. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere to restaurants, parks, museums, shopping, etc. There was on street parking, but it did cost $2/hour from 8am - 8pm. We just parked our cars further out after unloading and we didn't have to pay. Getting in for our group was easy with a keypad code. We were not aware that we were on the 3rd floor with 3 flights of stairs to go up (56 stairs to be exact). Fortunately our 80 year old mother was able to navigate the stairs, but this might be a problem for some. The only very minor complaints were that the circuit breaker for the microwave tripped repeatedly and it would have been nice to have a bath mat for the shower. We would definitely stay there again if in Savannah.

Excellent Location - Corrected for listing issue

The property and property managers were excellent. The listing included 5 rooms although there were only 3; however, the management team did everything in their power to correct this discrepancy. Thank you for everything!
