*30-day furnished rental* Charming two story home with all the historic character you love and modern amenities you need. The home is located in Southern part of Savannah's Historic District, which is 1 mile from Forsyth Park. Walkable to local hotspots Two Tides Brewing Co. and food truck park Starland Yard. The Starland District is home to some of Savannah's hottest restaurants, including La Scala, The Vault, Big Bon Bodega and more. Some of the best coffee and croissants are only a few blocks away at Cafe Taureau or enjoy Savannah's newest neighborhood nightlife at Lone Wolf Lounge around the corner.

The home boasts tall ceilings, a grand staircase, 4 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with clawfoot tub/showers, a main floor half bath, bright locally painted murals on exterior.

There is a full-time tenant living in the back carriage house. We do ask that all guests respect his privacy. Also, the neighborhood is very family oriented and quiet hours are strict in this area. We love that the house is a gathering spot for celebrations; however, we do ask that cocktail/chatting hours be taken inside after 10 pm.

Enjoyable Old Savannah House

We enjoyed our stay at this old savannah house. Easy check in with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Everything was clean and great!

Good for the Circumstances

I initially booked this pictured pink/blue location for my bachelorette party— had great reviews and plenty of space for my girls to share minimal bed/bath space + big common area. 72 hours before our trip (after having it booked for months) the manager cancelled our booking due to a city law which had changed and left us basically high and dry with basically nowhere to stay as there were hardly any bookings left online. After spending nearly all day on the phone, the manager finally was able to move things around and get me into a nearby property. This property was about half the size as my previous booking but I had no choice, as we would have been left to stay at hotel rooms near the airport. The property we ended up staying at was cheaper, but overall comfortable and clean. They had left a nice bottle of champagne and a note on arrival and were attentive throughout our stay. Overall was disappointed that our space was tiny and the 6 of us had to share 1 shower… but for the circumstances, it was a nice place and they did a good job of accommodating. I wish we had been made aware of the circumstances earlier than 3 days prior to our trip so we could have had more time to organize a perhaps more comfortable/spacious stay. However— for the location we were in— the space was clean, the manager was friendly, we felt safe and I had a great time with my girls in Savannah!

Overall: Fantastic!

The house was super cute! It was clean and comfortable. The showers could use a little updating but still fine. The neighborhood could be a little sketchy but we never felt scared. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Escape

Overall this property was exactly what my family needed for a long weekend away. The house was absolutely adorable and a great location for many different sightseeing adventures. We all slept incredibly well in the king beds (all room equipped with them!). Additionally, the managing company was wonderful to work with! The only challenge was that only one of the showers worked so we had to share one main bathroom. This, however, didn't take away from the other positives of the property. We will definitely book again if we return to Savannah.

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Yes, this property borders a sketchy area but the house was clean and perfect for our group. Felt totally safe walking around during the day and evening. Many places to dine within walking distance. Not sure what's going on in the back of the property-squatters may be present in the unlock bldg-that was very unnerving to some of the guests. All in all, good experience
