The villa, characterized by its neoclassical style which recalls Ancient Greece, is a 300-square-meter house surrounded by a park, embellished by rosemary, thyme, juniper, laurel oak, lentisco and strawberry tree.
The swimming pool into stone recalls a characteristic sea bottom surrounded by ancient stone sheets. The 700 sqm patio
by the swimming pool is furnished with beach beds. The 100 sqm covered
area with architrave and columns is inspired by the Hellenistic style.
The park is embellished by three artificial lakes, beautiful bronze sculptures and a majestic cryolite-menhire and a dolmen as entrance door.

refined and cozy rooms, characterized by airy spaces, design elements
and high-quality craftmanship.
The living room with large glass
doors with view on the swimming pool and fireplace is furnished with
sofa and tv, studio area with armchair, library and desk and a dining
area. Next to it, the fully-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom while the other share the other bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned. There are two additional sleeping accommodations upon request. Moreover, there is a laundry room.

Villa
Artemide is in the countryside of Sava, near Taranto and a short drive
away from the beautiful beaches of Camponarino di Maruggio, on the
Ionian side of Salento.
Sava is a lovely town near the Murge area,
with a worth-visiting old town centre and many cultural events. Taranto
is only 30 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Ninth and tenth bed available with extra price of euro 60 per day per person upon request.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the dining room.
