Just the 2 of Us - Pet Friendly with Hot Tub and Foosball Table

  • This cozy fairy cottage has just been remodeled with a picturesque mural that draws you into the forest. Scattered rhinestones on the mural reflect and give the impression of fireflies and fairies fluttering overhead. During your stay, use the hiking sticks and day-pack provided for your adventures in the North Georgia Mountains!

    Just the 2 of Us is only four miles from Unicoi State Park, where there are hiking trails, fishing, a restaurant, and a beach. It is also just six miles from downtown Helen, with plenty of activities, restaurants, and shops to explore.

    There is a galley kitchen with a microwave and combination standard drip/K-cup coffee maker. The cabinets are filled with all the dinnerware, cookware, flatware, and glassware you will need for your stay. There is a full-size refrigerator and freezer, as well as an oven and stove top for cooking.

    Enjoy the television from the couch or the king-size bed. Fiber-Optics has been installed for the highest internet speed possible in our area! Bring your subscription information to log into the Smart TV on your favorite channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu or enjoy the free YouTube TV set up for your entertainment. On YouTube TV, you will have access to live news, sports, movies, and tv shows. There is a faux flame electric stove heater for atmosphere and additional warmth.

    Please note that this is an open floor plan or studio cottage. This cottage does not have a private bedroom

    The bathroom has a combination tub and shower, a hair dryer and a wall heater. We provide the towels and linens, as well as a few towels for your four-legged best friends!

    Turn the day into a relaxing evening in the hot tub located just outside the sliding glass doors on the back porch. Sit by the gas firepit sipping a glass of wine while your partner grills a couple of steaks on the gas grill. We provide the propane, too!

    This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $100 + tax for the first and $50 + tax for each additional.

    • Minimum Age Requirement: Just the 2 of Us is available to families or to guests 21 years and older.
    • Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles.
    • Access: The road is dirt and gravel up to the property. Low profile vehicles not recommended.
    • Pets: Pets are allowed at Just the 2 of Us
    • Location: 5 miles to downtown Helen.

We stayed for a weekend in May and hiked to Helen. The hot tube and deck fire place are perfect after hiking. The company replaced the gas can for the fireplace within two hours. We highly recommend this place.

Very bare bones, a little run down in spots (bathroom floor, kitchen faucet) but overall very cozy with a great hot tub. The location was fantastic.

Quiet relaxing four night getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a quiet, peaceful, relaxing 4 day getaway. The cabin area was very quiet which we loved. The cabin had everything we needed during our time at the cabin. The outside porch was great, very relaxing and again very quiet for our morning coffee and just relaxing during the day. There is a portable gas fire pit and a relaxing jacuzzi. If you just want to relax and enjoy the outdoors this is a great cabin to stay. Communication with Georgia Mountain Rentals was excellent, they were very helpful and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. When we travel to Helen, GA again we will certainly stay at this cabin again.

We had a great getaway 10/10We Definitely go back hut tub was amazingThey had all the utensils we need to cook there and also only one thing the knifes wasn't shrap but that was the only issue. Other tha t that we had a great time.

Perfect for the 2 of us

The cabin was just as advertised and even better! My husband and I celebrated our 5 wedding anniversary here. The cabin had just enough privacy to enjoy the hot tub while being convenient to the town of Helen . We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Spot for a Mountain Getaway

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our stay at "Just the 2 of Us". It was just what we needed. The hot tub is great after a day of walking and hiking. It is a perfect cabin off the beaten path for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was just what we need for a peaceful getaway from everything and everyone. The cabin was well equipped with everything we need so we brought groceries and never left till check out.
